na kuru śapatham asya sparśato dūṣitoccair
na kuru śapathamdon't swear an oath — stop denying it prohibitive: mā-sense na + imperative kuruशपथ (सौगन्ध) मत खा
asya sparśataḥbecause of his touch sparśataḥ ablative of cause; asya 'his', pointing ahead to the serpent-king in L2इसके स्पर्श के कारण
dūṣitā uccaiḥyou've been badly spoiled — uccaiḥ 'utterly'; dūṣitā puns: poisoned by a bite / defiled by his touch sandhi dūṣitoccaiḥ = dūṣitā (fem. nom.) + uccaiḥ; verb 'asi' runs over from L2तू अत्यन्त दूषित (हुई है — 'asi' L2 से आ रहा है)
na kuru śapatham — don't swear an oath; asya sparśataḥ — because of his touch; uccaiḥ dūṣitā [asi] — you are utterly spoiled.
Don't swear you weren't touched — his touch has left you thoroughly spoiled.
An udāharaṇa of sparśana ('touch'), set up by the unit's lead-in 'atha sparśanam, yathā—'. The whole verse runs on one śleṣa: a snake layer (a serpent-bite — its venom, trembling, sweat, and bristling skin) and a love layer (Kṛṣṇa's embrace — the very sāttvika signs of union: kampa, sveda, romāñca). bhujaṅga means both 'serpent' and 'gallant, rake', so bhujaṅga-adhipa = 'serpent-king' and, of Kṛṣṇa, 'chief of lovers'. The teasing gopī pretends to read the innocent girl's love-symptoms as snakebite.

tvaṁ — you; bhujaṅga-adhipasya bhuja-bhujagena — by the arm-serpent of the serpent-king; dūṣitā asi — have been spoiled.
You've been spoiled by the arm-serpent of the serpent-king — that is, by the snake-like arm of Kṛṣṇa, the prince of lovers.
bhuja-bhujaga (arm + serpent) and bhujaṅga-adhipa (serpent-king / lord of gallants) are the hinges of the śleṣa: on the snake reading, a cobra of the snake-king struck her; on the love reading, Kṛṣṇa's encircling arm did.

svedam abhyudgirantīspewing out sweat present participle, fem. nom., agreeing with tanuḥस्वेद (पसीना) उगलता हुआ
tanuḥ — [your] body; anupama-kampā — shaking beyond compare; svedam abhyudgirantī — pouring out sweat.
Your body is shaking like nothing on earth and pouring out sweat.
Trembling (kampa) and sweat (sveda) read both ways at once: the effects of venom, and two of the sāttvika signs of erotic union.

kapaṭini — O sham one; paśya — just look; te [tanuḥ] — your body; paritaḥ — all over; romāñcitā asti — is bristling with goosebumps.
O you sham, just look — your whole body is bristling with goosebumps.
romāñca (horripilation) closes the trio of double-read signs: the shudder of snakebite and, at once, the third sāttvika mark of union. 'kapaṭini' names the accused girl's pretense — she is denying what her own body confesses.

Jīva sets the scene. A bolder, more experienced gopī is teasing a naive younger one. Earlier she had pointed to Kṛṣṇa as 'the serpent-king' and warned the girl not to touch him. Somehow the girl got touched by him anyway — and now won't admit it. So the elder gopī shoots back: 'na kuru śapatham…'
Source has 'amnyamānāṁ', a scribal slip for amanyamānāṁ ('not acknowledging').

Jīva turns to the snake layer of the pun: on that reading, 'dūṣitā' means poisoned — spoiled by the serpent's bite. The love reading (defiled by Kṛṣṇa's touch) runs alongside it.
This is where the commentary names the second, serpent layer of the śleṣa explicitly; both readings stand together and neither cancels the other.
