aprauḍha-dvija-rāja-rājad-alikā labdhā vibhūtiṁ rucāṁ
aprauḍha-dvija-rāja-rājad-alikāshe whose forehead shines with the young moon (dvija-rāja, 'king of the twice-born' = the moon) śleṣa: Rādhā's brow is lovely as the crescent; Śiva literally wears the crescent on his browअप्रौढ (नवीन, बाल) द्विजराज चन्द्र से देदीप्यमान अलिक (ललाट) वाली — श्लेष: राधा-पक्ष में जिसका ललाट बालचन्द्र-सा सुन्दर है, अथवा शिव-पक्ष में जिसके ललाट पर बालचन्द्र विराजमान है
rucāṁ vibhūtiṁthe vibhūti of radiances — a wealth of splendor śleṣa on vibhūti: 'glory/wealth' (Rādhā) and 'sacred ash' (Śiva)कान्तियों की विभूति को — श्लेष: राधा-पक्ष में कान्ति का ऐश्वर्य, अथवा शिव-पक्ष में देह पर लगी कान्तिमय भस्म
labdhāhaving won, having come to possessप्राप्त की हुई
aprauḍha-dvija-rāja-rājad-alikā — she whose brow shines with the young moon; rucāṁ vibhūtiṁ — the vibhūti of radiances; labdhā — having won.
Kṛṣṇa answers Rādhā, and every word cuts two ways. "Your brow shines with the young crescent moon" — lovely as the crescent, and (Śiva-reading) wearing the crescent Śiva wears. "You have won the vibhūti of splendors" — a wealth of radiance, and (Śiva) the glowing sacred ash Śiva smears on.
The mūla is quoted (see the lead-in) from the Dāna-keli-kaumudī (42–43) as an udāharaṇa of paraspara-goṣṭhī — the lovers' mutual teasing. The whole verse is one sustained śleṣa: every phrase reads at once of Rādhā-as-lovely-woman and of Rādhā-as-Śiva, so that Kṛṣṇa can close by asking her to take him onto her breast as 'bhogīndra' — chief of lovers / Vāsuki the serpent-king.

tvaṁ rādhe śiva-mūrtir iti — you, O Rādhā, being śiva-mūrti; māṁ bhogīndram — me, the bhogīndra; urasi — onto your chest; aṅgīkuru — accept.
The punch line: "So then, Rādhā — since you are śiva-mūrti — take me to your breast as bhogīndra." One reading: since you are an image of auspiciousness, accept me, the prince of lovers. The other: since you are the very form of Śiva, accept me — Vāsuki, the serpent-king that Śiva wears coiled on his chest. This caps his comeback to her having just called him 'bhujaṅga' — serpent, and so, rake.
Kṛṣṇa's whole reply is built to answer Rādhā's calling him bhujaṅga ('serpent' = 'libertine'); he turns the serpent word around — if you are Śiva, then I am Vāsuki, and you must wear me. So Viśvanātha (s1).

he rādhe ! tvaṁ śiva-mūrtir maṅgala-mūrtiś ca'O Rādhā, you are śiva-mūrti — both the form of Śiva and an embodiment of auspiciousness' Viśvanātha holds both senses of śiva-mūrti together from the start'हे राधे!
yato'prauḍhena dvija-rājena candreṇa rājad-dīptam alikaṁ yasyāḥ sābecause she is one whose forehead is brightly lit by the young moon yataḥ = 'because' — this is the first proof that she is Śiva-like: the crescent on the browक्योंकि (यतः) अप्रौढ द्विजराज चन्द्र से देदीप्त ललाट है जिसका, वह — यह प्रथम प्रमाण कि वह शिव-रूपा है: ललाट पर बालचन्द्र
he rādhe — O Rādhā; tvaṁ śiva-mūrtir maṅgala-mūrtiś ca — you are the form of Śiva and of auspiciousness; yataḥ — because; aprauḍhena dvija-rājena candreṇa rājad-dīptam alikaṁ yasyāḥ sā — she whose brow is lit bright by the young moon.

Viśvanātha reads the headline first: 'Rādhā, you are śiva-mūrti — Śiva's form and auspiciousness at once.' Why? Because your forehead blazes with the young moon — the very crescent on Śiva's brow. He takes the Śiva-layer as the main line.

On the body, vibhūti is ash — the sacred ash of Śiva. Again Viśvanātha runs the Śiva-reading as primary.
