May Hari's hand protect you all — that very hand which once lifted Govardhana mountain as if in play, now at the touch of Rādhikā's breast. The line is a benediction (rakṣatu vaḥ, 'may it guard you').
An udāharaṇa of the saṅkṣipta upacāra 'done by the nāyaka' — the abbreviated first-meeting courtesy set up in the lead-in (tatra nāyakena kṛtaḥ) and belonging to saṅkṣipta-sambhoga defined at 15.192; quoted from the Prakrit Saptaśatī. The verse's whole force is the contrast: the hand that hoisted a mountain without a tremor now shakes at Rādhā's first touch — the nervous flurry (sādhvasa) of first union unstringing the mightiest arm.

It is Hari's hand — and now it quivers, unstrung by the sādhvasa, the nervous flurry, of this first meeting with Rādhā. The arm that held up a mountain without a shake trembles at her first touch.

Jīva first steadies the lead-in. In 'here, done by the hero, as...,' the governing word 'saṅkṣipta' — 'the abbreviated [union]' — has to be carried down from the previous verse. So read: the abbreviated union, in the part done by the hero.

abhitulitatvam — 'abhitulita'; utthāpitatvam — = 'lifted up'; śrī-kṛṣṇasya sādhvasam — Kṛṣṇa's nervousness; atra — here; parakīyātva-pratyayāt — [comes] from the sense of her being another's.
Two quick notes from Jīva. First, 'abhitulita' simply means utthāpita — 'raised, lifted.' Second, and this is his own reading: Kṛṣṇa's nervousness (sādhvasa) here springs from the conviction that Rādhā is parakīyā, another man's. That forbidden awareness is what sets the mountain-lifting hand trembling.
parakīyā, in this rasa-theory, is the beloved who belongs to another (a wife or another's ward), as against svakīyā, 'one's own.' Jīva pins Kṛṣṇa's tremor to this parakīyā-awareness; Viśvanātha (s5) will give a quite different cause — the two are not to be merged.

līlāyā abhithe 'abhi' attached to 'līlā' (play) [in abhitulita] Viśvanātha isolates the prefix abhi within the compound'लीला' के आगे लगा 'अभि' (उपसर्ग)
nirbharaṁ yathā syāt tathāreads 'abhi' as an intensifier — 'so as to be utter, to the full,' i.e. effortlessly abhi taken as nirbharam, 'completely'(जिसका अर्थ) 'पूर्ण रूप से' ऐसा हो
tulitaḥ uddhṛtaḥtulita means uddhṛta — 'lifted, hoisted up'तौला (अर्थात्) उठाया गया

līlāyā abhi — the 'abhi' on 'līlā'; nirbharaṁ yathā syāt tathā — [means] 'to the full'; tulitaḥ uddhṛtaḥ — tulita = lifted; śailaḥ govardhanaḥ — the mountain is Govardhana; yena saḥ — he by whom [it was lifted].
Viśvanātha unpacks the compound līlā-abhitulita-śaila piece by piece. He takes the small 'abhi' as an intensifier — nirbharam, 'to the full, effortlessly.' tulita he glosses uddhṛta, 'hoisted up'; the mountain (śaila) is Govardhana. Assembled by the bahuvrīhi: 'he — that hand — by which Govardhana was lifted effortlessly, in play.'

Why the nervousness? Viśvanātha gives two reasons and leaves both standing. Either because, from birth, Kṛṣṇa had never once done such a thing; or by the anxious thought, 'this union with a woman — how, in what form, will it actually go?' Note this is Viśvanātha's cause, quite unlike Jīva's parakīyā-awareness — the two are not to be merged.
