pravāsa-vipralambhe’smin daśās tās tā harer api |
pravāsa-vipralambhe 'sminin this pravāsa-vipralambha, the separation felt when the lover has gone away locative fixing the topic just defined; 'smin = asminइस प्रवास-विप्रलम्भ में (जो अभी-अभी परिभाषित हुआ)
daśāḥ tāḥ tāḥall those various states of longing arise nominative plural; the reduplicated tāḥ tāḥ = 'each of those' states catalogued aboveवे-वे (पूर्वोक्त) अवस्थाएँ
hareḥ apieven in Hari himself genitive of the one who undergoes them; api = 'even', the sting of the lineहरि की भी (होती हैं)
pravāsa-vipralambhe asmin — in this separation-by-absence; hareḥ api — even of Hari; tāḥ tāḥ daśāḥ — those various states arise.
In this kind of separation—pravāsa-vipralambha, the pain of being apart because one has gone away—all those states of longing come up. And they come up even in Hari himself.
The 'those various states' (tāḥ tāḥ daśāḥ) are the daśās of vipralambha already catalogued in the preceding verses. The force of api ('even') is that Kṛṣṇa, the complete Lord, is not exempt from them.

atra — here; upalakṣaṇāya — to stand for all those states by one sample; ekam udāharaṇam — a single example verse; īryate — is now given.
Here, to represent all of those states by one sample, a single example is now given.
upalakṣaṇa vs viśeṣaṇa: a viśeṣaṇa names something intrinsic to the thing ('the blue lotus'—blue is part of what it is); an upalakṣaṇa names one outward mark only to point you to a whole set ('the house with the crow on it'—the crow just helps you find it). Here the one example is an upalakṣaṇa: it is offered not for its own sake but to indicate the entire range of vipralambha-states.

This is the udāharaṇa verse illustrating pravāsa-vipralambha and 'those various states' of longing arising even in Hari (15.179): Kṛṣṇa, master of Dvārakā and every luxury, still languishing for Rādhā. L3-L4 pile up the epithets of the couch; the main clause lands in L4-L5.

kalpa-śākhi-camarī-ramye api talpe — on the couch, delightful though it is with wish-tree blossom-clusters; rājñāṁ sutāḥ na icchati — he does not desire the daughters of kings.
On that couch—lovely though it is with blossom-clusters from the wish-fulfilling tree—he has no wish for the daughters of kings, his own royal queens.
The api ('even though') concedes every attraction of the setting—jeweled house, milk-soft couch, heavenly blossoms, royal brides—precisely so the next line can override it all with a single thought of Rādhā.

krīḍā-ratna-gṛha iti [padyam] — the verse 'krīḍā-ratna-gṛha'; śrī-rādhikā-sakhīnām upālambha-patrikāṇāṁ pratyuttara-rūpaṁ — being the reply to the reproachful letters of Rādhikā's sakhīs; śrīmad-uddhavasya patram — is a letter of Śrī Uddhava.
So Jīva sets the scene: this verse, 'krīḍā-ratna-gṛha…', is a letter written by Śrī Uddhava. It is his reply to the letters of reproach that Śrī Rādhikā's sakhīs had sent.

iti jñeyamso it should be understoodऐसा जानना चाहिए
ataḥ — therefore; ayam krīḍā-ratna ity ādikaṁ — this 'krīḍā-ratna…' passage; tad-upālambha-anuvādaḥ — is an echo of their reproach; abhyupagama-vādāya kṛtaḥ — made for arguing by conceding [their point]; iti jñeyam — so it is to be understood.
So understand it this way, says Jīva: because the verse is a reply, it repeats back the sakhīs' own reproach. Uddhava echoes their charge and grants it for the sake of argument—the abhyupagama-vāda move, conceding the premise in order to turn it.
Two debate-terms: anuvāda = restating, echoing back, words already spoken (here the sakhīs' complaint); abhyupagama-vāda = provisionally accepting an opponent's premise so as to reason from it. Jīva's point is that the verse is not Uddhava's fresh description but a deliberate re-voicing of the reproach, granted for the argument.

camarī stavakam ||
camarīthe word camarī [in kalpa-śākhi-camarī] the lemma being glossed'चमरी' (जिस पद का अर्थ किया जा रहा है)
stavakammeans a blossom-cluster, a bunch of flowersपुष्पगुच्छ
camarī — the word camarī; stavakam — means a flower-cluster.
Jīva glosses 'camarī' here as a cluster of blossoms. So the couch is lovely with flower-clusters of the wish-tree, not with fans.
camarī ordinarily means a yak-tail whisk (chowrie), or the yak itself; Jīva takes it here in its other sense, stavaka, a cluster of blossoms of the kalpa-tree.

Viśvanātha frames it so: Lalitā had sent a letter of reproach. At Śrī Kṛṣṇa's own command, Uddhava writes back a reply-letter—this verse, 'krīḍā-ratna…'.
Note the two framings side by side, unharmonized: Jīva has the letters coming from Rādhikā's sakhīs (plural) and the reply as Uddhava's; Viśvanātha names the single sender, Lalitā, and adds that Uddhava writes at Kṛṣṇa's command.

klāmyati — klāmyati; mūrcchati — means 'he swoons'.
Viśvanātha reads 'klāmyati' at full strength: he does not merely droop, he swoons—faints clean away.
A stronger reading than the surface 'grows weary/languishes': Viśvanātha takes klāmyati as loss of consciousness (mūrcchā), the extremity of the separation-state.
