An udāharaṇa illustrating mṛtyu, the near-death condition of vipralambha (the text's lead-in, 'atha mṛtyuḥ'); quoted from the Haṁsadūta (96). Viśvanātha names the speaker as Lalitā, reproaching Kṛṣṇa in Mathurā by way of the swan-messenger.

He unpacks 'rasika': you and no one else know how to relish the rāsa dance — since it is you who have reduced this Rādhā to such ruin. So the address is really a vyāja-stuti: it sounds like praise but lands as reproach.
vyāja-stuti: a figure in which blame is voiced in the form of praise (or praise in the form of blame). Calling Kṛṣṇa 'connoisseur of the rāsa' looks like a compliment but stings — 'you certainly know how to relish it; look what your relishing has cost her.'

And a second figure sounds beneath it: since Rādhā alone is the very root of the rāsa dance, the rāsa Kṛṣṇa savors is her doing. Viśvanātha names this the hetv-alaṅkāra — the poetic figure of 'cause' — deepening the reproach.
hetv-alaṅkāra: the poetic 'figure of cause', where a cause and its effect are bound together for rhetorical effect. Here the rāsa (effect) is traced to Rādhā (cause), so blaming her ruin turns the very delight of the dance against Kṛṣṇa.
