bhramati bhavana-garbhe nirnimittaṁ hasantī
bhramatishe wanders about, roaming with no aimवह घूमती-फिरती है
bhavana-garbhedeep inside the house locative — where she roams; -garbhe = 'in the belly/innermost part of'घर के भीतरी भाग में (सप्तमी — जहाँ वह घूमती है; -गर्भे = 'के गर्भ में, अन्तस्तल में')
nirnimittaṁfor no cause whatever adverbial accusative qualifying the laughingबिना किसी कारण के (हँसने का विशेषण करता क्रियाविशेषण)
hasantīlaughing all the while feminine present participle — she, Rādhā, is the one laughingहँसती हुई (स्त्रीलिंग वर्तमान कृदन्त — वही, राधा, हँस रही है)
bhramati — she wanders; bhavana-garbhe — deep within the house; nirnimittaṁ — for no reason; hasantī — laughing.
She drifts aimlessly through the inner rooms of the house, laughing at nothing at all.
The opening line of an udāharaṇa illustrating unmāda — the derangement, the love-madness, that separation breeds — the topic just opened by the lead-in 'atha unmādaḥ'. Viśvanātha names the speaker as Uddhava, describing Rādhā to Kṛṣṇa; 'she' throughout is Rādhā.

prathayati tava vārtāṁ cetanācetaneṣu |
tava vārtāṁtalk of you — news of Kṛṣṇa tava genitive, 'about you'; vārtāṁ accusative, the thing she publishesतेरी चर्चा को (tava षष्ठी 'तेरे विषय में'; vārtāṁ द्वितीया — जिसे वह प्रचारित करती है)
cetana-acetaneṣuto conscious beings and unconscious things alike locative — the audience she pours it out to, sentient and insentient without distinctionचेतन और अचेतन सबके आगे (सप्तमी — जिन श्रोताओं पर वह इसे उँडेलती है, बिना भेद के जड़ और चेतन)
prathayati — she broadcasts; tava vārtāṁ — talk of you; cetana-acetaneṣu — among the conscious and the unconscious.
She proclaims news of you to everything around her — to living people and to lifeless objects alike, as if all of them could hear.
The madness shows in the audience: she tells her tale of Kṛṣṇa to walls and creepers as readily as to people. cetana / acetana — 'the sentient / the insentient.'

lutḥati ca bhuvi rādhā kampitāṅgī murāre
luṭhatishe rolls, tumbling over source spells it 'lutḥati'; the root is luṭh-, 'to roll on the ground'वह भूमि पर लोटती है (मूल पाठ में 'lutḥati' छपा है; धातु luṭh- 'भूमि पर लोटना')
caandऔर
bhuvion the ground locative — where she tumblesभूमि पर (सप्तमी — जहाँ वह लोटती है)
rādhāRādhāराधा
kampitāṅgīher every limb trembling feminine bahuvrīhi — 'she whose limbs are set shaking'जिसके अंग काँप उठे हैं (स्त्रीलिंग बहुव्रीहि)
murāreO Murāri vocative — Uddhava addressing Kṛṣṇa, the foe of the demon Muraहे मुरारि!
murāre — O Murāri; rādhā — Rādhā; kampitāṅgī — her limbs trembling; bhuvi — on the ground; ca — and; luṭhati — rolls.
And, O Murāri, Rādhā rolls on the ground, every limb of her shaking.
The direct address 'murāre' marks Uddhava speaking straight to Kṛṣṇa: this is your Rādhā he is describing.
'मुरारि' यह सीधा सम्बोधन दिखाता है कि उद्धव कृष्ण से आमने-सामने कह रहे हैं: जिसका वर्णन हो रहा है वह आपकी ही राधा है।

viṣama-viraha-khedodgāri-vibhrānta-cittā ||
viṣama-viraha-khedodgāri-vibhrānta-cittāher mind sent reeling by the eruption of separation's unbearable anguish one long feminine bahuvrīhi describing Rādhā: viṣama 'unbearable' + viraha-kheda 'the pain of separation' + udgāri 'spewing forth, erupting' + vibhrānta-cittā 'mind gone whirling' — 'she whose mind whirls as the terrible grief of separation bursts out of her'वह जिसका चित्त, असह्य वियोग की पीड़ा फूट पड़ने से, चक्कर खा रहा है (एक लम्बा स्त्रीलिंग बहुव्रीहि, राधा का वर्णन: viṣama 'असह्य' + viraha-kheda 'वियोग की पीड़ा' + udgāri 'उमड़-उमड़कर फूट पड़नेवाली' + vibhrānta-cittā 'घूमते चित्तवाली')
viṣama-viraha-khedodgāri-vibhrānta-cittā — [Rādhā,] her mind set whirling by the outpouring of the unbearable anguish of separation.
The grief of separation is more than she can bear; it erupts out of her, and her mind is left spinning — that is the state she is in as she rolls and raves.
The compound stacks the causal chain: unbearable separation → its grief → that grief bursting out (udgāra) → the mind thrown into a whirl. This whirling derangement is precisely the unmāda the verse illustrates.

This supplies the speaker (Uddhava) and the addressee (Kṛṣṇa) for the udāharaṇa; the woman being described throughout is Rādhā.

dvayam — the two; unmādasya — of unmāda; prauḍhatva-prauḍhatamatva-vyañjakam — suggestive of the advanced state and the most-advanced state.
Viśvanātha's closing tag: taken as a pair, these bring out unmāda in two intensities — its advanced grade (prauḍha) and its very topmost grade (prauḍhatama).
prauḍha — 'full-grown, matured, advanced'; prauḍhatama — the superlative, 'most full-grown of all.' He reads the two illustrations as marking unmāda's rising degrees rather than one flat state.

This is a numeral tag in Viśvanātha's text, not a sentence; it is left undecoded because there is no phrase to gloss.
