gamaḥ — the departure; dūre — off to a far place; kāryānurodhena — because he must attend to some duty; buddhi-pūrvakaḥ syāt — would be the premeditated kind.
When Kṛṣṇa goes off to a distant place because a duty calls for it, that going is the 'premeditated' (buddhi-pūrvaka) form of separation. The name says it: he sets out knowingly, having decided in advance to leave.
buddhi-pūrvaka literally 'preceded by the settled mind' — i.e. a departure planned and foreseen, as against a sudden or unforeseen one. This is a subtype of pravāsa (separation by being away).

kṛṣṇasya kāryaṁ — Kṛṣṇa's duty; svabhakta-prīṇanādikam — the pleasing of his own devotees and so on; kathitam — is stated to be.
And what is this 'duty' of Kṛṣṇa's? It is stated to be the pleasing of his own devotees and such things. So the errand that carries him away is always for his devotees' sake, not some outside compulsion.

kiñcid dūre sudūre ca gamanāt — because the going may be either somewhat far or very far; ayaṁ api — this too; dvidhā — is of two kinds.
The going itself can be either somewhat far or very far. On that basis the premeditated departure, in its turn, splits into two kinds.

Viśvanātha fills in the two distances by naming the places. 'Somewhat far' is when Kṛṣṇa leaves the home village of Vraja for some spot still inside the Vṛndāvana district. 'Very far' is when he leaves Vraja for Mathurā, Dvārakā, and places like that.
