It is tightly woven. It shows off the full craft-skill that went into making it. And it is wonderful, unlike any other.
An udāharaṇa of mālyārpaṇam, 'the offering of a garland' — the helper introduced by the lead-in atha mālyārpaṇam—. The verse is spoken in a character's voice, describing the garland Kṛṣṇa sends to Rādhā.

O friend, the son of Vraja's lord — Kṛṣṇa — has sent this garland over for you.

ity ākarṇya giraṁ saroruha-dṛśaḥ svedoda-bindu-cchalād

svedoda-bindu-cchalātunder the guise of beads of sweat-water — the pretext by which the next thing shows itself abl., chalāt = 'on the pretext of', setting up the utprekṣā in L4पसीने की बूँदों के बहाने से
iti giram ākarṇya — on hearing this speech; saroruha-dṛśaḥ — of the lotus-eyed girl; svedoda-bindu-cchalāt — under the guise of sweat-beads …
Hearing these words, from the lotus-eyed girl — and now, disguised as beads of sweat — something breaks out (completed in the next line).

kula-dharma-dhairyamthe steadiness that family propriety imposes — her firm hold on the code of a well-born woman (the thing that goes out) nom., subject of niryayauकुल-धर्म का धैर्य (निकलने वाला कर्ता)
abhitaḥon every side, all aroundचारों ओर से, सर्वथा
śaṅkeI fancy, I suspect — the poet's conjecture that frames what is really just sweat as her steadiness fleeing marks the figure utprekṣā (poetic 'as if')मैं आशंका करती हूँ (मानो — यह उत्प्रेक्षा अलंकार को सूचित करता है)
bahiḥ niryayauwent right out, exitedबाहर निकल गया
saroruha-dṛśaḥ aṅgebhyaḥ — from the lotus-eyed girl's limbs; kula-dharma-dhairyam — the steadiness of family duty; svedoda-bindu-cchalāt (from L3) — under the guise of sweat-beads; abhitaḥ — on all sides; bahiḥ niryayau — went out; śaṅke — I fancy.
From her every limb, all around, her family-propriety steadiness went out — I fancy — under the guise of sweat-beads. Overwhelmed at the news, her firm restraint deserted her, and the poet reads the sudden sweat as that steadiness itself taking flight.
śaṅke ('I suspect') marks utprekṣā: the poet does not merely describe sweat, he imagines it to be her kula-dharma-dhairya leaving her body — a figure of poetic conjecture.

Vṛndā handed the garland to Śrī Rādhā and returned. Kṛṣṇa asked her how it had gone. So Viśvanātha frames the verse as her reply to him — the verse beginning 'suśliṣṭām.'
