idaṁthis [that has happened]यह
yadi kṛṣṇaḥ mayi akāruṇyaḥ [asti] — if Kṛṣṇa is unfeeling toward me; idaṁ katham tava āgaḥ — how is this any fault of yours?
If Kṛṣṇa has no compassion left for me, how is that any fault of yours, Viśākhā? Do not take the blame on yourself.
An udāharaṇa — the second one, marked 'yathā vā' — of maraṇa, the death-resolve stage of vipralambha defined at 15.44-45, quoted from Vidagdha-mādhava 2.47. Per Viśvanātha, Rādhā, having seen Kṛṣṇa's indifference and resolved to give up her body in the Kāliya lake, speaks these lines tearfully to the weeping Viśākhā; he classes the verse as mohana touched by a portion of mādana.

iyaṁ [tanuḥ] tamālasya skandhe vinihita-bhuja-vallariḥ — this body, its creeper-arms laid on the shoulder of a tamāla tree.
Take this body of mine and lay its vine-like arms across the shoulder of a tamāla tree.
The tamāla is dark like Kṛṣṇa — Viśvanātha makes this explicit below: embracing the tree stands in for the embrace of Kṛṣṇa she could not have.

atra ādi-śabdāt sva-dehasya uttara-kriyā-kathanena sva-abhilāṣa-dyotanaṁ ca iti vaktum āha — yathā vā iti — here, to state that from the word 'ādi' there also comes, by telling the last rites of one's own body, the revealing of one's longing, he gives 'yathā vā...'.
Viśvanātha ties this second illustration to the 'ādi' ('and the rest') of the maraṇa definition. One thing folded into that 'ādi': by describing the funeral rites for her own body, a girl lets her innermost longing show. To make that point, Rūpa gives this verse, 'yathā vā...'.

And if — by some cruel stroke of fate — that longing never came true, then even so: let this body find its fulfilment by embracing the tamāla, dark and Kṛṣṇa-like, in his place. Viśvanātha then names the mood: this is mohana, brushed by a touch of mādana, the very highest reach of love.
mādana is the topmost, all-consuming phase of divine love (the crown of mahābhāva); mohana is its condition of fainting, bewildered helplessness in extreme separation. Viśvanātha reads this verse as mohana carrying only a graze — an aṁśa — of mādana, not its full force.
