pañcatvaṁ tanur etu bhūta-nivahāḥ svāṁśe viśantu sphuṭaṁ
pañcatvaṁinto death — literally 'five-ness,' the body breaking back into its five elements pañcatva as a lexical synonym for death; Viśvanātha will prove this from Amaraपंचत्व को — अर्थात् मृत्यु को

sphuṭaṁplainly — let it happen right out in the openस्पष्ट रूप से
tanuḥ — my body; pañcatvaṁ etu — let it reach death; bhūta-nivahāḥ — and the hosts of elements; sphuṭaṁ — openly; svāṁśe — into their own source; viśantu — let them dissolve.
Let my body die. Let the masses of elements that built it break apart, each dissolving back into its own source — and let it happen right out in the open.
An udāharaṇa of tat-saṅga-tṛṣṇā by way of accepting death: the lakṣaṇa is 'mṛtyu-svīkārāt sva-bhūtair api tat-saṅga-tṛṣṇā' — the thirst for union with Kṛṣṇa even through one's own bodily elements, embraced through dying (UN verse 336). It is spoken by a lover facing his absence.

Jīva notes that she does not list the elements in their correct sequence. That disorder is deliberate on the poet's part: it signals nothing but her bewilderment (moha). She is too distraught to keep the order straight.

Viśvanātha sets the scene: this is Rādhā, speaking to her friend Lalitā. 'Let my body attain pañcatva' — and pañcatva here just means destruction, death.

He backs the gloss with the dictionary: the Amara-koṣa lists pañcatā, 'five-ness,' as one name for kāla-dharma, 'the law of time' — an accepted word for death.
Why cited: Lexical proof from the Amara-koṣa that pañcatva/pañcatā means death, licensing the gloss 'let my body die.'
