tvadīyam āpīya gatāvalambā
tvadīyamthe [drink] about you — that is, concerning you (this word waits for its noun in L2) acc.; agrees with saṁvāda-mādhvīkam in L2 across the line-breakतुम्हारी (जो चर्चारूपी मदिरा है, उसको)
āpīyaonce she had drunk it right down gerund of ā-√pā; the ā- makes it 'drink up, drain'पूरी तरह पीकर, घूँट-घूँट निःशेष कर
gatāvalambāshe lost every hold on herself bahuvrīhi: 'one whose support (avalamba) is gone (gata)', nom. fem.
tvadīyam [saṁvāda-mādhvīkam] — the wine-of-talk about you; āpīya — once she had drunk it down; gatāvalambā — she was left without a hold.
She drank down the drink that was all about you — and lost every hold on herself.
This verse is an udāharaṇa illustrating rati arising pareṇa abhiyogāt — the abiding love (sthāyi-bhāva of prakaraṇa 14) breaking into view when a second person, here the messenger, presses the beloved's cause. Its lead-in reads 'pareṇābhiyogād, yathā—' (UN 14.8).

saṁvāda-mādhvīkam atīva sādhvī |
saṁvāda-mādhvīkamthe mādhvīka-wine that was the conversation [about you] acc.; the noun tvadīyam of L1 has been waiting for — a rūpaka: talk figured as liquorबातचीतरूपी मध्वीक-मदिरा को (जिसकी L1 का तुम्हारी प्रतीक्षा में था)
atīva sādhvīshe, chaste to the very utmost nom.; the subject of the whole sentenceअत्यन्त साध्वी (वही नायिका पूरे वाक्य की कर्त्री है)
saṁvāda-mādhvīkam — the talk-wine [about you]; atīva sādhvī — she, utterly chaste [is the one who drank it].
The talk about you was itself a mādhvīka-wine. And she — chaste to the very limit — was the one who drank it.
mādhvīka: a sweet liquor pressed from madhūka blossoms; here the intoxicating talk about the beloved is figured as that wine — the rūpaka drives the whole verse.

atīva sādhvī sa-maryādāpi'utterly chaste' — a woman who keeps every bound of decorum; yet even she api here is concessive — 'even though she is all propriety'अत्यन्त साध्वी और मर्यादायुक्त होकर भी ('अपि' यहाँ 'होते हुए भी' के अर्थ में)
tvadīyaṁ saṁvādaṁunpacking 'the conversation about you' —तुम्हारे विषय की चर्चा को
mayā saha tvad-anurāga-mayaṁ saṅkathanaṁher talk with me, talk made all of love for you mayā saha shows Jīva reads the speaker as the messenger who conversed with herमेरे साथ हुई, तुम्हारे प्रति अनुराग से भरी उस बातचीत को (जीव 'मेरे साथ' से वक्ता को वही दूती मानते हैं जिसने उससे बात की थी)
tadaiva mādhvīkaṁthat very talk being the mādhvīka-wine tat eva — 'precisely that [is] the wine'ठीक उसी को मध्वीक-मदिरा मानकर
matto nipīya āsvādyahaving drunk it down from me and savored it mattaḥ, abl. — 'from me [the messenger]'मुझसे (दूती से) पीकर, भलीभाँति आस्वादन करके
gatāvalambā sarvatrodāsīnā satī'having lost her support' = becoming indifferent to everything around herसहारा खोकर, सब ओर से उदासीन होकर
ghūrṇamānā sthairya-vinā-bhūtā'reeling' = drained of all steadiness(मद से) झूमती हुई, स्थिरता खो बैठी
nīvīṁ skhalantīm api na vidāṁcakārashe did not notice even her slipping waist-knot api — 'even'; not the least sign registeredखिसकती हुई नीवी को भी जान न सकी ('अपि' — तनिक भी सुध न रही)
atīva sādhvī sa-maryādā api — utterly chaste, all decorum, yet even she; tvadīyaṁ saṁvādaṁ = mayā saha tvad-anurāga-mayaṁ saṅkathanaṁ — the talk about you = her love-filled talk with me; tat eva mādhvīkaṁ — that very talk the wine; matto nipīya āsvādya — drunk from me and savored; gatāvalambā = sarvatra udāsīnā satī — losing her hold = grown indifferent to all; ghūrṇamānā = sthairya-vinā-bhūtā — reeling = void of steadiness; skhalantīṁ nīvīm api na vidāñcakāra — did not notice even her slipping knot.
Take 'utterly chaste' — she keeps every bound of decorum; and yet even she does this. 'The conversation about you' means her talk with me, talk made entirely of love for you. That talk was itself the mādhvīka-wine. She drank it down from me and savored it. 'Lost her support' — she grew indifferent to everything around her. 'Reeling' — she was emptied of all steadiness. And so she did not notice even her waist-knot slipping loose.
Jīva reads the verse as the messenger's own report: the 'talk about you' is the talk she had with the beloved ('with me'), and the wine is drunk 'from me' — so the speaker of the verse is the dūtī.

kācit patra-hārī dūtī — some letter-carrying messenger; śrī-kṛṣṇaṁ prati — to Śrī Kṛṣṇa; śrī-rādhānurāgaṁ vakti — tells of Śrī Rādhā's love.
Viśvanātha sets the scene: a certain letter-carrying messenger-woman is speaking to Kṛṣṇa, reporting to him Rādhā's love. So the verse is her speech, addressed to Kṛṣṇa.

nīvīṁ skhalantīm iti raty-udbhavaḥ ||
nīvīṁ skhalantīm itiin the words 'her slipping waist-knot [unnoticed]' — iti flags the mūla phrase being singled out'नीवीं स्खलन्तीम्' — 'इति' से मूल का यही पद विशेष रूप से उठाया गया है
raty-udbhavaḥthere is the arising of rati nom.; udbhava = rati breaking into view(इसी में) रति का उद्भव है — रति का प्रकट होकर सामने आना
nīvīṁ skhalantīm iti — in [the words] 'her slipping waist-knot'; raty-udbhavaḥ — [is shown] the arising of rati.
Viśvanātha points to the exact phrase that matters: 'her waist-knot slipping, unnoticed.' That unnoticed detail is where rati — the abiding love this chapter is about — breaks into view. The slipping knot she does not feel is the outward sign the sthāyi-bhāva has surfaced.
