bāle — O naive girl; vallava-yauvata-stana-taṭī-dattārdha-netra-āditaḥ — [turn] away from him who casts half-glances at the young gopīs' breasts and the like.
O naive girl! Turn away from him — the one who throws sidelong glances at the breasts of the young gopī women, and everything of that sort.
The opening line of an udāharaṇa illustrating apamāna ('insult, humiliation') as the transient emotion here — Vidagdha-mādhava 4.39. Viśvanātha (s4) names the speaker: Lalitā, working to stir up Rādhā's jealous sulk (māna).

śyāma-śilā-vilāsi-hṛdayātaway from him whose heart, like a dark stone, only plays [with others] — glossy to look at, yet hard ablative; śleṣa on śilā/vilāsi — see noteश्याम पत्थर-सा चमकीला और (साथ ही) कठोर विलास करने वाले हृदय वाले उस (श्याम) से
cetaḥyour mind (the object)अपने चित्त को
parāvartayaturn [it] back, pull it away imperative to Rādhāफेर ले / लौटा ले (राधा के प्रति आज्ञा)
kāmaṁ — completely; śyāma-śilā-vilāsi-hṛdayāt — from him whose heart is a playing dark stone; cetaḥ — your mind; parāvartaya — turn back.
Turn your mind all the way back from him — from a man whose heart is a black stone at play: shiny to look at, but hard, and only ever sporting with someone.
śyāma-śilā-vilāsi-hṛdaya is a śleṣa. A 'dark stone' is both beautifully glossy in color and utterly unyielding: his heart looks lovely and 'plays,' yet stays hard. Viśvanātha (s7) draws out the hard side — even seeing his lovers suffer, his heart never melts.

iti yuktam eva udāharaṇamso the example is entirely fitting eva = 'entirely'इसलिए यह उदाहरण पूर्णतः उचित है
yadyapi — granted; bāle iti — in 'bāle'; amarṣaḥ — the indignation; sakhyāḥ eva — is the friend's alone; na tu nāyikāyāḥ — not the heroine's; tathāpi — even so; tasyāḥ api amarṣeṇa — through that indignation; tasyāḥ ratiḥ — her love; puṣyate — is nourished; iti — so; udāharaṇam yuktam eva — the example fits perfectly.
One might object: in this verse the indignation belongs to the friend, Lalitā — not to the heroine, Rādhā. Jīva answers: even so, through that indignation the heroine's love (rati) is fed — so the verse is a perfectly good example here.

Jīva fixes the syntax: 'saṅkulayan' (smearing) goes with 'kalaṅka-tatibhiḥ' (with heaps of scandal) — he enmeshes them by means of the scandal.

iti bhāvaḥthat is the importऐसा भाव है
hanta hanta — alas; āsāṁ loka-dharmau ubhau api — both these women's name and dharma; mayā vidhvastau — wrecked by me; tathāpi punaḥ — and yet; sthavira-santāpena jvālena — by the elders' burning wrath; para-loke kā gatiḥ me bhaviṣyati — what will my next-world fate be; iti bhayam api asya na asti — not even this fear has he; iti bhāvaḥ — is the sense.
'Fearlessly' means: he never even thinks, 'Alas — I've destroyed both these women's good name and their dharma; and won't the elders' burning fury land me in some terrible fate in the next world?' Not even that much fear does he have.
