sa eṣaḥ — this very one; kim u — can it really be; gopikā-kumudinī-sudhā-dīdhitiḥ — the moon to the gopī night-lotuses?
Can this really be the moon to us gopī night-lotuses? — the moon whose nectar-rays open the kumuda flowers at nightfall. Rādhā starts a string of wondering 'is this really the one?' questions, each naming Kṛṣṇa as the single thing that makes her kind blossom.
An udāharaṇa of harṣa ('joy'), the vyabhicāri-bhāva under discussion. Per Viśvanātha, the previous verse showed harṣa at seeing the beloved in a general form; this verse (Lalita-mādhava 1.53) illustrates harṣa arising from seeing him in a special, particular form.

And can this be the festival of a crown-prince's reign, blazing into view over Gokula? Second image: Kṛṣṇa as the very celebration of young royal splendor lighting up the cowherd village.

sa eṣa kim u gokula-sphuriteti caraṇasya prathamataḥ pāṭhas tu vaiśiṣṭya-krama-gamakaḥ ||
sa eṣa kim u gokula-sphurita iti caraṇasyaof the verse-line beginning 'sa eṣa kim u gokula-sphurita' (our L2) caraṇa = a quarter/foot of the verse; iti marks the opening words quoted as a tag'सा एष किम् उ गोकुल-स्फुरित' — इस चरण (पद्य के पाद) का
prathamataḥ pāṭhaḥthe recension that recites it firstपहले रखा गया पाठ (इसे सबसे पहले पढ़ना)
tuon that reading, however — tu sets this variant order apart from the printed oneपरन्तु (यह क्रम मुद्रित क्रम से भिन्न है)
vaiśiṣṭya-krama-gamakaḥsignals a step-by-step climb of increasing distinction gamaka = what makes something understood, the indicator ofविशिष्टता के (बढ़ते) क्रम का बोधक
sa eṣa kim u gokula-sphurita iti caraṇasya prathamataḥ pāṭhaḥ tu — but the reading that puts the 'gokula-sphurita' line first; vaiśiṣṭya-krama-gamakaḥ — indicates a graded sequence of rising excellence.
Jīva flags a variant reading-order. In some recensions the line 'sa eṣa kim u gokula-sphurita...' (our L2) is recited first. That ordering, he says, is not idle: it is deliberately arranged to lay the images out as a rising ladder — each step more special than the last.

Viśvanātha sets up the verse. The previous one already showed harṣa — joy — at simply catching sight of the beloved in a general way. Now, to illustrate that same joy in a special, particular form, Rūpa gives this verse, 'yathā vā...'.

The first image decoded: 'sudhā-dīdhiti' is the moon. So this figure says Kṛṣṇa gives blossoming delight — ullāsa — to all the gopīs of Rādhā's own kind, without exception. As the moon opens every night-lotus, he opens every gopī heart.

yūnāṁ rājā yuvarājaḥ, tasya bhāvaḥ karma vā yauvarājyam, tad-rūpaḥ utsavaḥ — the prince of the young; his office is yauvarājya; the festival of that; kāma-vilāsa-sukha-dāyitvam ca uktvā api — and so [he is] the giver of amorous-play happiness; man-manaḥ eva pikaḥ tasya vinode krīḍā-lāmpaṭye — the cuckoo that is my mind, in its greedy craving for play.

The second image, unpacked step by step: 'yuvarāja' is the king of young men; his condition or office is yauvarājya, princely rule; and Kṛṣṇa is the festival of that. So this figure says he gives the happiness of amorous play. Having said that, the verse moves to the third image: the cuckoo that is Rādhā's very own mind. Its 'vinoda' — its delight — Viśvanātha reads as krīḍā-lāmpaṭya, a greedy craving for sport.

svasya viśeṣataḥ āsakti-ādhikya-dāyitvamhis giving, to her own self especially, a surplus of attachment svasya = to Rādhā herself; viśeṣataḥ = beyond the general 'all gopīs' of the moon-image in s3अपने (राधा) के प्रति विशेष रूप से अधिक आसक्ति देने वाला होना (चन्द्रमा-रूपक की सब गोपियों वाली सामान्यता से बढ़कर)

puṣpākaraḥ vasantaḥ — the flower-mine is spring; svasya viśeṣataḥ āsakti-ādhikya-dāyitvam śrī-kṛṣṇasya vyañjitam — Śrī Kṛṣṇa's giving her own self especially a surplus of attachment is suggested.
The third image closes the set: 'puṣpākara' is spring. And here, Viśvanātha says, something is suggested by dhvani — not spoken plainly: that Kṛṣṇa gives to Rādhā herself, specially, a surplus of attachment. The moon-image gave delight to all gopīs alike; this spring-image singles her out with a deeper, mounting āsakti.

One śleṣa word, read two ways. In the moon-reading, 'amṛta-vīci' stays literal — waves of the moon's nectar-rays bathing the eyes. But under the festival-reading and the spring-reading, a festival and a springtime have no literal nectar, so Viśvanātha glosses 'waves of nectar' as 'waves of joy', ānanda-taraṅga. The one phrase carries both layers at once.
