bālyasya — जिस बाल्यभाव का; ucchiduratayā — क्योंकि वह स्वयं ही मिटता जाता है; yathā yathā — जैसे-जैसे; aṅge — अंगों में।
To whatever degree Rādhā's childhood was slipping away of its own accord, from her very body—. The line opens a correlative: 'as much as… (yathā yathā) so much… (tathā tathā),' finished in L4.
राधा का लड़कपन स्वयं ही जैसे-जैसे उसके अंगों से मिटता जाता है।
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse), not a definition. Per the lead-in aniṣṭāptyā— it illustrates the transient emotion (vyabhicāri-bhāva) that springs 'from attaining what one did not want' — here the rival camp's face falling as Rādhā's charm ripens. The whole verse runs on a śleṣa: moon, day-lotus, and trapped bee. Viśvanātha marks the second, face-reading (mukha-pakṣa) at s4.

To that same measure, Padmā's lotus-face fell apart and wilted—. Padmā belongs to the opposing camp (so Jīva at s2), and her very name means 'lotus'. A day-lotus shuts and sags when the moon rises: so Rādhā's rising moon-charm makes the 'lotus' of Padmā's face wilt.
पद्मा का मुख-कमल मुरझा गया, और उसके भीतर…

—with a bee pining inside it, this face became just so, matched degree for degree to Rādhā's rising moon. The whole pun now stands: as the moon climbs, the day-lotus closes and the bee caught inside languishes; so as Rādhā's moon-bright sweetness rose, Padmā's lotus-face wilted and its 'bee' drooped within. Viśvanātha (s4) reads the 'within' as within the heart.

'वह चन्द्रावली है' — यह वचन राधा की एक सखी द्वारा सिखाई गई शारिका (मैना) का है।
A śārikā is the female mynah; in the Rādhā/Candrāvalī rivalry the two camps set their trained birds — śuka and śārikā — to spar on their behalf.
शारिका मादा मैना है; राधा और चन्द्रावली की प्रतिस्पर्धा में दोनों दल अपनी सिखाई हुई पक्षियों — शुक और शारिका — को अपनी ओर से नोक-झोंक के लिए भिड़ा देते हैं।

Jīva unpacks 'good fortune' (saubhāgya): it means being cherished as the beloved's utter darling, precisely because his love is fixed on her and no one else.
सौभाग्य का अर्थ है — उसी (राधा) को विषय बनाने वाले प्रियतम (कृष्ण) के प्रेम से प्राप्त वैसी लाड़-दुलार की अवस्था।

Jīva foregrounds the double meaning of the 'jyotirvidaḥ' verse. Straight reading: an astronomer's talk of a star (tārā) meeting the dark body (kṛṣṇa). Pun reading: 'Tārā' is Śrī Rādhā, who carries that star-name, and 'kṛṣṇa' is her own beloved Kṛṣṇa. So the sky-talk is really about Rādhā with Kṛṣṇa. He lays out both layers and never collapses them.
एक अर्थ में 'कृष्णे' का अर्थ श्याम पिंड और 'तारा' उसका एक नक्षत्र है; परन्तु श्लेष में 'तारा' राधा का एक विशेष नाम है और 'कृष्णे' का अर्थ कृष्ण नामक अपने प्रियतम में है।
This glosses the following verse ('jyotirvidaḥ…'), not the bālyasya verse itself; Jīva has moved on to it via s4.

kuracthe affix kurac [is what forms ucchidura] the Pāṇinian suffix giving the -ura word'कुरच्' प्रत्यय (जिससे '-उर' अन्त वाला शब्द बनता है)
kurac — the affix kurac [forms ucchidura]; karma-kartari — in the object-as-agent sense.
karma-kartari — कर्म-कर्तरि अर्थ में; kurac — 'कुरच्' प्रत्यय।
A grammar note: 'ucchidura' is built with the affix kurac, in the karma-kartari sense — the thing acted on is described as its own doer. So childhood is grammatically made to 'cut itself off.'
यहाँ कर्म-कर्तरि अर्थ में 'कुरच्' प्रत्यय हुआ है (जिससे 'उच्छिदुर' शब्द बना)।
karma-kartṛ, 'object-as-agent': the patient is voiced as its own agent — as in odanaḥ pacyate, 'the rice cooks (itself).' The kurac affix (on roots like vid/bhid/chid) yields exactly such self-acting words; hence ucchidura = 'that which severs itself.'
