She has stopped eating. And from the whole crowd of things the senses reach for, she has drawn right back — completely.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of cintā, 'anxious brooding' — the vyabhicāri-bhāva of this section; its lakṣaṇa is stated by Viśvanātha here (s1) as cintā = the mind's dwelling-on, to gain the wished and remove the unwished. Quoted from Padyāvalī 238.

tad brūyāḥ sakhi yoginī kim asi bhoḥ kiṁ viyoginy api ||
tad brūyāḥso tell me — say it brūyāḥ, optative 2sg: 'you should tell'तो तू कह (बता)
sakhiO friendहे सखी
yoginī kim asiare you a yoginī — a woman rapt in yoga?
bhoḥoh! — [she presses the question]अरी
kiṁ viyoginī apior are you rather a viyoginī — a woman parted from her love? api here tips the second option: 'or even / or rather'अथवा क्या तू वियोगिनी (विरह में पड़ी) है
tad brūyāḥ — so tell me; sakhi — O friend; yoginī kim asi — are you a yoginī?; bhoḥ — oh!; kiṁ viyoginī api — or rather a viyoginī, a woman in separation?
So tell me, friend: are you a yoginī, lost in meditation? Or — oh! — are you a viyoginī, a woman burning in separation?
The verse's pivot is a śleṣa: every sign just listed — no food, the senses withdrawn, the gaze on the nose-tip, the one-pointed mind, the silence, the world gone empty — fits a yoginī (a meditating yoga-adept) and a viyoginī (a woman in love-separation) exactly alike. The whole point is that the two look identical, so the questioner cannot tell which one her friend has become.

Viśākhā knows perfectly well what ails her friend. Rādhā is in pūrva-rāga — the love that burns before the two have even met — and she is lost in a single thought: 'By some means or other I will win Kṛṣṇa's company.' Knowing all this, Viśākhā still asks. And the marks the verse lists — 'her eyes on the nose-tip' and so on — are exactly the outward signs (anubhava) of someone deep in meditation.
pūrva-rāga: in the rasa-śāstra, the attachment that arises before the lovers meet. anubhava: the bodily/outward expressions that make an inner emotion legible — here the very signs a yogin also shows.
