namrā na bhavatu vaṁśī
namrāhumble, bowed-down — which the flute need not be predicate adjective of vaṁśī, fem. nom.
na bhavatulet her not be 3rd-sg imperative + na — a concession granting the flute her prideभले ही न हो (यह छूट देकर वंशी का गर्व स्वीकार कर लिया जाए)
vaṁśīthe fluteवंशी (बाँसुरी)
vaṁśī — the flute; namrā na bhavatu — let her not be humble.
Let the flute not be humble. She has every right to her pride — as the next line explains why.
An udāharaṇa of garva (pride) arising from iṣṭa-lābha, 'gaining the desired object': Rādhā, having won Kṛṣṇa's staff, shows the pride of possession — see the lead-in 'iṣṭa-lābhena, yathā—'.

mukunda-vaktrendu-mādhurī-rasikā |
mukunda-vaktrendu-mādhurī-rasikāfor she tastes the sweetness of the moon that is Mukunda's face bahuvrīhi describing the flute; vaktra-indu is a rūpaka — his face IS the moon; the flute presses his lips, so it drinks that sweetnessजो मुकुन्द के मुख-रूपी चन्द्र की माधुरी का रसास्वादन करती है (क्योंकि वह उनके अधरों से लगकर उस माधुर्य का पान करती है)
mukunda-vaktrendu-mādhurī-rasikā — she who tastes the sweetness of the moon that is Mukunda's face.
For the flute tastes the sweetness of Mukunda's moon-like face. Pressed to his very lips, she has earned her pride.

tvaṁ durlabha-tad-gandhā
tvaṁyou — now Rādhā turns to the staffतू (हे लगुड़ी)
durlabha-tad-gandhāyou for whom even a whiff of that sweetness is unattainable bahuvrīhi: durlabha = hard-to-get; tad = that [sweetness]; gandha = the mere scent of itजिसे उस [माधुर्य] की गन्ध तक दुर्लभ है
tvaṁ — you; durlabha-tad-gandhā — for whom even a whiff of that sweetness is unreachable.
But you, O staff — even a whiff of that sweetness is beyond you. You never touch his lips.

laguḍi vṛthā stabdhatāṁ vahasi
laguḍiO staff (laguḍī) vocative — the stolen cudgel she is scoldingहे लगुड़ी (चुराई हुई लाठी को सम्बोधन)
vṛthāin vain, for nothingव्यर्थ ही
stabdhatāṁyour stiffness — your rigid pride stabdha = stiff, stubborn; here = garva, the swelling of prideअकड़ को — गर्व की जड़ता को
vahasiyou carry, you keep bearingतू धारण करती है
laguḍi — O staff; stabdhatāṁ — your stiffness; vṛthā vahasi — you carry in vain.
So, O staff, your stiffness is carried for nothing. You bear this pride with no reason to — it is empty.
