An udāharaṇa: an example verse spoken in Kṛṣṇa's voice to Viśākhā after their union, illustrating the vyabhicāri-bhāva (transient emotion) that arises 'from rata' — amorous union — per this unit's lead-in ratād yathā. The transient depicted is fatigue (śrama): languid arms and sweat-beaded cheeks. All four mūla lines carry move: example.

Viśvanātha sets it up: Kṛṣṇa addresses Viśākhā — who has just enjoyed union with him — in the verse that begins 'ahaha.' So the tired arms and sweating cheeks are hers, from their love-play.

mūḍha-alpa-apaṭu-nirbhāgyāḥ mandāḥ — 'dull, slight, unskilled, luckless [are the senses of] manda'; iti — so it runs; nānārtha-vargāt — from the Nānārtha-varga.
He backs the reading with a homonym-lexicon: 'manda covers dull, slight, unskilled, luckless.' So taking manda here as 'unskilled — without deftness' is fully licensed.
Why cited: Cited from the Nānārtha-varga (a homonym word-list) to license reading 'manda' as apaṭu — 'unskilled, without deftness' — among its several attested senses.

Viśvanātha reads L4 in prose order: 'she makes my heart flooded with the nectar of joy' — and, like Jīva, glosses praṇayati as karoti, 'makes.'

A poetics note. Normally the topic already in view (anuvāda — 'my heart') should be stated first, and what is newly asserted of it (vidheya — 'flooded with the nectar of joy') should follow. Here that order is reversed. Viśvanātha says we should just tolerate it, since the poet reversed it to keep the alliteration (anuprāsa) running.
anuvāda / vidheya — a pair from grammar and Mīmāṁsā. The anuvāda is the already-known theme, the 'given' being referred back to; the vidheya is the new thing being asserted or enjoined about it. The rule is that the given should precede the new ('the pot — bring it,' not 'bring — the pot'). Here the assertion 'flooded with joy' precedes its topic 'my heart,' and the fault is excused as poetic license for the sake of the sound-play.
