kara-dhutibhiḥby wavings of my hand instrumental of means — the repeated hand-shakings she used to shoo itहाथों को बार-बार हिला-हिलाकर (जिनके द्वारा मैंने उसे भगाना चाहा)
mayāby me instrumental agent of the passive participle apanunnaḥमेरे द्वारा (अपनुन्न कर्मवाच्य का कर्ता)
apanunnaḥdriven off, shooed away (agreeing with the bee of L2)भगाया / हटाया गया
mayā — by me; kara-dhutibhiḥ — with wavings of my hand; apanunnaḥ — driven off; api — even though.
api — यद्यपि; kara-dhutibhiḥ — हाथ बार-बार हिलाने से; mayā — मेरे द्वारा; apanunnaḥ — भगाया गया
Even though I drove him off, waving my hand at him again and again —
यद्यपि मैंने हाथों को बार-बार हिला-हिलाकर उसे भगाया, (तो भी वह न हटा)।
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of trāsa, 'fear, alarm,' the transient emotion treated here; the lead-in reads 'trāsena, yathā—' ('by way of alarm, as follows'). Rādhā speaks the whole verse to Kṛṣṇa.
यह त्रास (भय, घबराहट) का उदाहरण-श्लोक है — यहीं जिस संचारी भाव का वर्णन चल रहा है; भूमिका में 'त्रासेन, यथा—' पढ़ा जाता है। पूरा श्लोक राधा कृष्ण से कहती हैं।

mukhamto my face accusative of goal with añcati — the point the bee keeps making forमुख की ओर (जहाँ भ्रमर बार-बार पहुँचना चाहता है)
ayamthis one, right hereयह
añcaticomes on, heads straight upबढ़ता आता है
cañcalaḥthe restless, unsteady oneचंचल
dvirephaḥthe beeद्विरेफ (भ्रमर)
ayam — this; cañcalaḥ — restless; dvirephaḥ — bee; mukham — to my face; añcati — comes on.
mukham — मुख की ओर; ayam — यह; añcati — बढ़ता आता है; cañcalaḥ — चंचल; dvirephaḥ — द्विरेफ (भ्रमर)
— this restless bee still heads straight for my face.
यह चंचल द्विरेफ (भ्रमर फिर भी) मेरे मुख की ओर ही बढ़ता आता है।
dvirepha, literally 'the one with two r-sounds,' is a riddle-name for the bee: its ordinary name bhra-ma-ra carries two r's. So the verse names the bee by a play on its spelling.
'द्विरेफ' का शब्दार्थ है 'जिसमें दो र-कार हों' — भ्रमर का यह पहेली-नाम है; उसके सामान्य नाम 'भ्रमर' में दो र आते हैं। इस प्रकार श्लोक उसकी वर्तनी पर श्लेष करके उसे नाम देता है।

aghadamana — हे अघदमन; mayi — मुझ पर; prasīda — प्रसन्न होइए; vande — मैं वन्दना करती हूँ
O Aghadamana, you who crushed the demon Agha — be gracious to me! I bow to you, I beg you.
हे अघदमन, मुझ पर प्रसन्न होइए; मैं आपकी वन्दना करती हूँ।
She reaches for his demon-subduing name (Agha, the serpent-demon he killed) at the very moment she wants him to subdue this small tormentor — the address itself carries the plea.
जिस क्षण वह चाहती है कि कृष्ण इस छोटे-से सतानेवाले को वश में करें, उसी क्षण वह उन्हें असुर-दमन वाला नाम 'अघदमन' (अघ नामक सर्प-असुर, जिसे कृष्ण ने मारा) देकर पुकारती है — सम्बोधन में ही प्रार्थना छिपी है।

na — not; vyākhyātam — explained.
na — नहीं; vyākhyātam — व्याख्या की गई
Jīva offers no comment on this verse: 'not explained.' He passes it over in silence.
(इसकी) व्याख्या नहीं की गई।
A bare editorial note in Jīva's apparatus marking that he left this verse unglossed — not an interpretive move, just a placeholder recording the gap.
जीव के टिप्पण में यह मात्र सम्पादकीय सूचना है कि उन्होंने इस श्लोक की व्याख्या नहीं की — कोई अर्थ-निरूपण नहीं, केवल इस रिक्ति को अंकित करने वाली सूचना।

apīti— namely the verse beginning 'api' pratīka: he cites the verse by its first word, api, closed with iti'अपि' इत्यादि — पहले शब्द 'अपि' से श्लोक का प्रतीक-निर्देश, इति से समाप्त
vana-vihāre — while at play in the forest; śrī-rādhā — Śrī Rādhā; kṛṣṇam — to Kṛṣṇa; āha — says; api iti — the verse beginning 'api'.
vana-vihāre — वन-विहार के समय; śrī-rādhā — श्रीराधा; kṛṣṇam — कृष्ण से; āha — कहती हैं; apīti — 'अपि' इत्यादि
Viśvanātha sets the scene: while they are sporting in the forest, Śrī Rādhā says this to Kṛṣṇa — the verse that opens with 'api.' So Viśvanātha names the speaker (Rādhā), the listener (Kṛṣṇa), and the setting (the forest play).
वन-विहार के समय श्रीराधा कृष्ण से 'अपि' इत्यादि (श्लोक) कहती हैं।

kara-dhutibhiḥ — 'by wavings of the hand' = kara-cālanaiḥ, by movements of the hand; apanunnaḥ — 'driven off' = nirastaḥ, cast away; api — even so.
kara-dhutibhiḥ — कर-धुति (शब्द); kara-cālanaiḥ — हाथों के हिलाने से; apanunnaḥ — अपनुन्न (शब्द); nirastaḥ — हटाया गया; api — यद्यपि
Viśvanātha glosses two words of the verse. 'Wavings of the hand' (kara-dhuti) he explains as 'movements of the hand' (kara-cālana). 'Driven off' (apanunna) he explains as 'cast away' (nirasta). And the 'even so' (api) is the concessive: cast away, yet he still comes.
'कर-धुति' अर्थात् हाथों के हिलाने से; 'अपनुन्न' अर्थात् हटाया गया — यद्यपि (हटाया जाने पर भी)।

(13) — the numeral thirteen.
(13) — क्रमांक
A bare numeral, '13,' left in the commentary as an enumeration marker — the running count of items in the surrounding discussion. It is not a Sanskrit phrase to gloss, and the atom itself does not spell out what it counts.
(13)।
A stray serial number in the printed apparatus; with no accompanying words, its exact referent is not fixed by the atom, so it is left unresolved rather than guessed.
छपे हुए टिप्पण में यह एक अलग-थलग क्रमांक है; साथ में कोई शब्द न होने से इसका ठीक-ठीक निर्देश्य इस अंश से निश्चित नहीं होता, इसलिए इसे अनुमान से बाँधने के बजाय अनिर्णीत छोड़ दिया गया है।
