na īhateit does not seek, does not reach for nehate = na + īhate (sandhi)इच्छा नहीं करती (na + īhate)
guṇa-grāmaṁ — the whole host of [his] virtues; gaṇayati — [my mind] counts up; bhāmaṁ — anger; bhramād api — even by mistake; na īhate — it does not want.
My mind tallies up the whole host of his good qualities. Anger — it won't reach for even a scrap of it, not even by accident.
An udāharaṇa of prārabdha-kārya-asiddhi, 'the failure of an undertaken task' (the heading of the citation, Gīta-govinda 2.10). The task Rādhā had resolved on is māna — her jealous sulk — and it collapses. She is kalahāntaritā, the heroine estranged by her own quarrel, and speaks these words (to Lalitā, so Viśvanātha).

guṇānāṁ grāmaṁ gaṇayati[my mind] counts up the host of his virtues grāmaṁ glosses guṇa-grāmaṁ = the whole crowd of themगुणों के समूह को गिनती है (grāma पद्य-शब्द 'guṇa-grāmaṁ' खोलता है = पूरी भीड़)
na ca ekatvāt vacana-guṇānand not — because they are one mass — [merely] the virtues-of-words a grammarian's pun on gaṇayati 'counts'; see noteऔर एकत्व के कारण वचन-गुणों को नहीं ('गणयति' पर वैयाकरण का श्लेष; देखें टिप्पणी)
prātikūlya-sthitiṁ eva āha — she states this very standing-against; śrī-kṛṣṇe māṁ vinā vihariṇi api sati — even while Kṛṣṇa sports without me; guṇānāṁ grāmaṁ gaṇayati — she counts the host of his virtues; na ca ekatvāt vacana-guṇān — and not, because of their oneness, the word-virtues.
Now she puts that contrariness into the verse's own words. Even while Kṛṣṇa is off sporting without me, my mind is busy counting up the whole crowd of his virtues — and not, since they are all one undivided mass, tallying his mere verbal virtues one by one.
Viśvanātha plays on gaṇayati, 'counts / enumerates.' The word invites a grammarian's ear: vacana = grammatical number, guṇa = the guṇa vowel-grade, ekatva = the singular number — 'because of ekatva (singularity) she reckons no vacana-guṇa.' The witty second layer stays compressed; on the surface: she tallies the whole undivided host of his real virtues, not his mere words.
