keśavo yuvati-veśa-bhāg ayaṁ
keśavaḥthis is Keśava (Kṛṣṇa) — the one sitting hereकेशव (कृष्ण)
yuvati-veśa-bhākgot up in a young woman's dress bhāj = 'having a share of', here 'wearing'युवती का वेश धारण किए हुए
ayaṁthis one, right here in front of usयह (जो पास बैठा है)
ayaṁ — this one right here; keśavaḥ — is Keśava (Kṛṣṇa); yuvati-veśa-bhāk — got up in a young woman's dress.
Viśākhā points to the disguised figure: this is Keśava himself, sitting right here dressed as a young woman.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) for vepathu — trembling — the sāttvika-bhāva named in the lead-in 'atha vepathuḥ, sa trāsena': the trembling here springs from trāsa (fear). Viśākhā speaks it to reassure Rādhā when Abhimanyu suddenly walks in while Kṛṣṇa sits disguised at her side (so Viśvanātha frames the scene).

tava — your; bāliśaḥ patiḥ — foolish husband; kila — sure enough; agrataḥ — [stands] right in front [of you].
And your foolish husband — Abhimanyu — is standing right there in front of you, a dolt, as we both know. The joke: he is too dim to see that the 'woman' beside you is Kṛṣṇa, so there is nothing to dread.

Just then, out of nowhere, Abhimanyu walked into the house on some errand. Rādhā froze in fear — and Viśākhā, in a low voice, spoke the verse 'keśava…'.
