vilambam ambhoruha-locanasya
vilambamthe delay — this is what she saw (object of 'having seen' in the next line) accusative, object of vilokya (L2)विलम्ब को, देर को (द्वितीया — L2 के 'देखकर' का कर्म)
ambhoruha-locanasyaof the lotus-eyed one — Kṛṣṇa, whose delay it is genitive, 'whose'उस कमलनयन (कृष्ण) का, जिसका (षष्ठी — 'किसका विलम्ब')
ambhoruha-locanasya — of the lotus-eyed one (Kṛṣṇa); vilambam — the delay
The lotus-eyed one is Kṛṣṇa. The line names his delay — the appointed hour has passed and he has not come.
An udāharaṇa of stambha, 'being stunned motionless', here arising from viṣāda (despondency) — the lead-in reads viṣādād yathā, 'from despondency, as follows.' Watch across the four lines for the stambha itself, which lands in the last word, citrāyitā.

vilokya sambhāvita-vipralambhā |
vilokyahaving seen [that he was late] gerund; its object is vilambam from L1देखकर (पूर्वकालिक क्त्वान्त; इसका कर्म L1 का 'विलम्ब' है)
sambhāvita-vipralambhāshe who had settled it in her mind that she was jilted — sambhāvita 'taken as certain', vipralambha 'being cheated / stood up' bahuvrīhi describing the heroine (nom. fem.), 'she by whom deception was concluded'जिसने यह मान लिया कि वह ठगी गई — ऐसी वह नायिका (बहुव्रीहि, नायिका का विशेषण)
vilokya — having seen [the delay]; sambhāvita-vipralambhā — she who had concluded she was deceived
Seeing that he had not come, she settled it in her mind: she had been cheated — he stood her up.
vipralabdhā is a named heroine-type: the woman whose lover fails the tryst he himself arranged. The compound says she had already cast herself in that role.

aṅkein the very lap (the inner recess) of it locative, place; aṅka = lap, interiorगोद में, भीतर (सप्तमी — स्थान; अङ्क = गोद, अन्तराल)
saṅketa-gehasya aṅke — in the inner recess of the tryst-house; nitāntam — utterly
Right inside the tryst-house they had arranged — in its very lap — and utterly so...

citrāyitā tatra babhūva citrā ||
citrāyitāturned picture-like — went as still as a painted figure (denominative from citra, 'a painting': 'she did the picture') past participle of the denominative citrāya-; this word carries the stambhaचित्र-सी बन गई, चित्रवत् जड़ हो गई (नामधातु 'चित्राय-' का क्तान्त; यही पद स्तम्भ को वहन करता है)
tatrathere — in that houseवहाँ
citrāCitrā — the girl's name; and at the same time 'a wonder / a strange sight' śleṣa: proper name Citrā + citrā 'wondrous'श्लेष — नायिका का नाम 'चित्रा' तथा 'अद्भुत, विस्मयकारी' यह अर्थ भी
citrā — Citrā; tatra — there; nitāntam citrāyitā babhūva — became utterly picture-like
There Citrā became like a painted picture — frozen, not a movement in her. That stillness is the stambha, the body stunned by despondency. And the words play three ways at once: the girl named Citrā (citrā) turned into a citra (a picture), and the whole thing is citrā — a wonder to see.
Śleṣa on the root citra: the proper name Citrā, citra 'painting' (behind citrāyitā, 'became picture-like'), and citrā 'wonderful, astonishing'. The verse's punch-line is that Citrā becomes a citra and the sight is citrā — one syllable-cluster doing all three jobs.

ahaṁ vipralabdhā eva abhūvam'I have been jilted, and no mistake' — her own first-person conclusion; eva = 'for certain' aorist abhūvam, 'I became'; eva marks the settled certaintyमैं विप्रलब्धा (ठगी गई) ही हो गई ('अभूवम्' लुङ् — 'मैं हो गई'; 'एव' उस निश्चित निर्णय को अंकित करता है)

So 'sambhāvita-vipralambhā' means: she thought to herself, 'Today I have surely been cheated.' She had made up her mind that Kṛṣṇa let her down — that settled conviction is what the compound names.
