tava madhurima-sampadaṁ vilakṣya
madhurima-sampadamthe whole wealth of sweetness — and this is what she takes in accusative, the object of vilakṣyaमाधुर्य की सम्पदा को — जिसे भली-भाँति देखा जा रहा है
vilakṣyahaving gazed on it, having really taken it in absolutive (vi-√lakṣ), 'clearly perceiving'अच्छी तरह देखकर, स्पष्ट रूप से पहचान कर
tava — your; madhurima-sampadam — wealth of sweetness; vilakṣya — having gazed clearly upon [it]
Having gazed on the whole wealth of your sweetness—
An udāharaṇa of stambha, being struck motionless — one of the eight sāttvika-bhāvas of this chapter — here arising from āścarya, wonder; the lead-in reads 'āścaryād yathā', 'from wonder, as follows'.

tri-jagad-alakṣya-tulāṁ mukunda rādhā |
tri-jagad-alakṣya-tulāmsweetness whose match is nowhere to be found in the three worlds bahuvrīhi qualifying madhurima-sampadam (accus.): alakṣya-tulā = 'having a match (tulā) that cannot be spotted (alakṣya)'जिसकी समता तीनों लोकों में कहीं देखी नहीं जाती — ऐसी उस माधुर्य-सम्पदा को
rādhāRādhā — she is the one who saw it, the subject of the sentenceराधा
tri-jagad-alakṣya-tulām — [that sweetness] whose equal is nowhere seen in the three worlds; mukunda — O Mukunda; rādhā — Rādhā
—your sweetness, O Mukunda, that has no equal anywhere in the three worlds—Rādhā,

kalaya hṛdi balavac -camatkriyāsau
kalayajust consider it, mark it imperative addressed to Kṛṣṇaविचार कर, मन में तौल कर देख (कृष्ण से कहा गया)
hṛdiin your own heart locative — where he is told to weigh itहृदय में — जहाँ इसे तौलने को कहा जा रहा है
balavat-camatkriyāshe in whom the wonder runs strong bahuvrīhi qualifying asau: camatkriyā (= camatkāra, the astonished 'wow') is balavat, 'powerful' — this is the āścarya driving the whole sceneजिसमें प्रबल चमत्कार भरा हुआ है — ऐसी यह
asaushe yonder, this Rādhāयह (राधा)
asau — she yonder, in whom the wonder runs strong (balavat-camatkriyā); kalaya hṛdi — weigh it, in your heart
—weigh it in your heart: she, in whom the wonder runs strong,
camatkriyā is camatkāra, the aesthetic 'wonder' — the same āścarya the lead-in names as the cause; the verse now shows what that wonder does to her body.

caand — the pair 'ca…ca' ties them: both at onceऔर
samajani — has become; nirnimiṣā ca — both unblinking; niścalā ca — and motionless
—she has become both unblinking and utterly still. Eyes arrested, body frozen: that double arrest is stambha itself.
The two signs together — stopped eyes (nirnimiṣā) and stopped body (niścalā) — are the outward face of stambha, being stunned motionless, which is what this udāharaṇa illustrates.

tava itithe verse beginning 'tava' pratīka — naming the verse by its opening word"तव" इस शब्द से — पद्य को उसके आरम्भिक शब्द से नाम देकर
madhumaṅgalaḥ — Madhumaṅgala; śrī-rādhām darśayan — pointing out Śrī Rādhā; śrī-kṛṣṇam prati — turning to Śrī Kṛṣṇa; āha — speaks; tava iti — the 'tava' verse

Madhumaṅgala, pointing Śrī Rādhā out, turns to Śrī Kṛṣṇa and speaks the verse that begins 'tava'. So Viśvanātha fixes the frame: Madhumaṅgala is the speaker, Kṛṣṇa the one addressed, and Rādhā the one being shown.
