'Not even a trace of anger ever stirs in my heart.' She opens by flatly denying that she is angry at all. The denial is bold and pointed — spoken by a heroine who is in fact piqued.
मेरे मन में क्रोध का लेशमात्र भी कभी नहीं उठता।

व्रत का अनुसरण करते हुए (मेरी) मनीषा गहन (दृढ़) हो गई; परन्तु वह मौन के विषय में (टिका) संकल्प है।
'It is only that my resolve, following my vow, had grown firmly fixed on silence.' So she is not sulking in anger — she had simply bound herself, by vow, to keep quiet. (And that she now breaks that silence to speak at all, Jīva will say, is itself the sign of her love.)
व्रत के कारण मेरा संकल्प और गहरा हो गया; परन्तु वह तो मौन रहने का संकल्प था।

'...these girlfriends want to tie you up with a rope of flowers.' The whole line rides on a pun the commentators will open up. Plain reading: they will trap you with a flower-cord, so flee. Punned reading: they want you — dressed in nothing but a flower-girdle — as their dear one.
ये सखियाँ फूलों की डोरी से तुम्हें बाँधना चाहती हैं; श्लेष-पक्ष में — फूलों की करधनी से तुम्हें अपना प्रियजन बना लेना चाहती हैं।
The verse's headline device is a śleṣa (double meaning). kusuma-rasanā = a rope of strung flowers OR a woman's flower waist-girdle; bandhum = 'to bind' (baddhum) OR 'a dear one' (bandhu, acc.). The plain sense carries the heroine's brusque, agitated warning; the punned sense carries her composed, teasing invitation. Both are meant at once.
यहाँ 'बन्धुम्' में श्लेष है — एक ओर 'बद्धुम्' (बाँधने के लिए), दूसरी ओर 'बन्धुम्' (बंधु, प्रियजन के रूप में)। दोनों अर्थ साथ रखे जाते हैं।

On 'in keeping with my vow': she had firmly resolved to stay silent. So the very fact that she now breaks that vow and speaks is done for one reason only — love for you. Breaking the silence is itself the evidence of her affection.

'व्याज' शब्द पुल्लिंग में ही (होता है); नपुंसकलिंग रूप तो लिखने की भूल के कारण (है)।
A grammar note. 'vyāja' is a masculine noun only — hence the verse rightly reads 'vyājaḥ āstām.' If any copy prints it as a neuter ('vyājam'), that is just a copyist's mistake.
'व्याज' शब्द केवल पुल्लिंग है; जो नपुंसक रूप दिखता है, वह लेखन-दोष के कारण है।
A text-critical remark: Jīva fixes the gender of vyāja (masculine) so the reading vyājaḥ āstām stands, and dismisses any neuter spelling as a scribal error.

Now see what the pun does to the mood. Read punningly — 'the girls want you, wearing nothing but a flower-girdle, as their dear one' — and the harsh, flustered edge (adhīratva) drops right out of the picture. Taken this way, the pun carries only the composed, teasing side; the 'unsteady' half would be left outside. That is why both readings must be kept: the plain sense holds the agitation, the pun holds the composure.
यहाँ यदि श्लेष का यह अर्थ लें कि 'केवल पुष्प-करधनी से सजी सखियाँ तुम्हें बाँधना — या प्रियजन बनाना — चाहती हैं', तो अधीरा-भाव बाहरी बन जाने का दोष आ पड़ता है।
The source reads viśiṣṭām (feminine accusative) where the masculine viśiṣṭaṁ is expected, since it qualifies tvām (Kṛṣṇa).
यहाँ श्लेष 'बद्धुम्/बन्धुम्' पर है — 'बद्धुम्' (बाँधना) को 'बन्धुम्' (प्रियजन बनाना, 'प्रियम्') पढ़ा जाता है; परन्तु इस दोहरे अर्थ को मान लेने से अधीरा-भाव बाह्य पड़ जाने का दोष आता है।
