tava vadana-vidhau vidhauta-madhyāṁ
tavayour — of the face about to be described genitiveतुम्हारे
vadana-vidhauon the moon that is your face — the locative sets the scene where it all happens locative; vidhu = moon, so vadana-vidhu = face-moonमुख रूपी चन्द्रमा पर
vidhauta-madhyāṁwhose middle is washed clean — describing the lip-streak of the next line accusative fem., agrees with adhara-lekhikām; note the sound-echo vidhau → vidhautaजिसका मध्य भाग धुला हुआ है (ऐसी अधर-रेखा को)
tava vadana-vidhau — on the moon that is your face; vidhauta-madhyāṁ — [the lip-streak] whose middle is washed clean.
Viśākhā is painting a scene for Rādhā. On the moon that is your face — that is where this happens. And there is a fine streak on your lower lip whose middle has been washed clean. Hear the sound-play too: vidhau (moon) and vidhauta (washed) chime together.
The line opens the cakora-and-moon conceit: vidhu means moon, and the face is the moon a moon-bird will rise toward.

What washes the middle of that lip-streak is the nectar of your smile. And someone, having looked up and caught sight of that streak, does what line 3 will tell. The word 'udīkṣya' is 'looked up at' — fitting, since the watcher is a bird rising toward a moon.

sakhi laghur aghabhic-cakora-varyaḥ
sakhiO friend — Viśākhā turns to address Rādhā vocativeहे सखी!
laghuḥthe nimble one — quick and charming at once nominative, describing Kṛṣṇa; śleṣa: laghu = swift AND lovelyजो शीघ्रगामी है — तथा साथ ही मनोहर भी
aghabhitAghabhit, the slayer of the demon Agha — Kṛṣṇa, named for the foe he split (and, read otherwise, 'the sinless one') nominativeअघ (असुर) का नाश करनेवाला
cakora-varyaḥthe best of cakora birds — the bird said to live on moonbeams, so it rises to a moon nominative, the subject of the sentenceश्रेष्ठ चकोर
sakhi — O friend; laghuḥ aghabhit cakora-varyaḥ — the nimble Aghabhit, best of cakora birds.
Now the subject arrives, and it is Kṛṣṇa, cast as a bird. He is 'the best of cakora birds' — the cakora being the bird said to feed on moonbeams, which is why it rises to a moon. He is 'aghabhit,' slayer of the demon Agha. And he is 'laghu,' which the commentators pull two ways: nimble-quick and charming.
The cakora is traditionally said to subsist on moonbeams; casting Kṛṣṇa as the cakora and Rādhā's face as the moon (vidhu) drives the whole verse. Rūpa places it under the heading ujjvala-smitā, the heroine of radiant smile.

pramada-mada-uddhura-buddhiḥ — his mind made unbridled by the intoxication of joy; ujjihīte — springs up.
Here is what he does. His mind is unbridled, drunk with joy. He springs up — the cakora lifting toward the moon to drink. The unspoken point: he rises to the nectar of her smiling lip.
