It was in the Pāramahaṁsī Saṁhitā — the Bhāgavata, the book for the topmost renunciants — that Śuka himself, on his own, sang it out. No one put it in his mouth.
पारमहंसी संहिता में स्वयं शुक ने यही गाया है।
Pāramahaṁsī Saṁhitā is a title of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavata: 'the saṁhitā of/for the paramahaṁsas,' the topmost renunciants. Naming it so underscores that its testimony is the highest possible.

स्वकीया पक्ष को पुष्ट करने वालों के प्रति क्रोध है।
Note the two commentators do not agree on the target: Jīva above threw the rebuke at bahirmukhas generally; Viśvanātha aims it narrowly at the svakīyā-vādins. Left un-harmonized.
