स्वकीया और परकीया — इन दो प्रकारों से वे (नायिकाएँ) कही गई हैं।
Hari's beloveds are declared to be of two kinds. One kind is svakīyā — his own, the wedded ones. The other is parakīyā — women who belong to another.
नायिकाएँ दो प्रकार की होती हैं। एक स्वकीया, दूसरी परकीया।
svakīyā / parakīyā are the technical rasa terms: svakīyā, a heroine who is one's own wife; parakīyā, one who is another's (another's wife or another's ward). The verse only names the split here; L2–L3 define the svakīyā.

pātivratyāt śāstrokta-tad-dharmāt |
pātivratyāt[the verse's] 'in their wifely fidelity' — pratīka, the word Jīva is glossing"पातिव्रत्यात्" (जिस पद की व्याख्या हो रही है)
śāstrokta-tad-dharmātmeans: that duty of a faithful wife which śāstra lays down śāstra-ukta = stated in śāstra; tat-dharma = that wifely dharma; abl. matching the mūlaशास्त्र में कहे गए उस (पातिव्रत्य-) धर्म से
pātivratyāt — the verse's 'in wifely fidelity'; śāstrokta-tad-dharmāt — [means] the wife's duty as taught in śāstra.
"पातिव्रत्यात्" अर्थात् शास्त्र में कहे गए उस (पतिव्रता के) धर्म से।
When the verse says 'wifely fidelity,' Jīva says it means the duty of a faithful wife just as śāstra prescribes it.
"पातिव्रत्य" का अर्थ है शास्त्र में विहित वह पातिव्रत्य-धर्म।
śāstra-ukta ('stated in śāstra') pins the standard to scripture rather than to any private notion of chastity.

patyur ādeśa-tat-parā iti paty-asaṁmatiś cet kaṁcid dharmāṁśam api tyajyante ity arthaḥ ||
patyuḥ ādeśa-tat-parāḥ itias for [the verse's] 'bent on the husband's command' — iti quoting the mūla phrase Jīva now glosses"पति के आदेश में तत्पर" — यह (जो मूल में कहा) पद
paty-asaṁmatiḥ cetif the husband does not consent asaṁmati = disapproval; cet = ifयदि पति की असम्मति हो
kaṁcid dharmāṁśam apithen even some portion of dharma api = even, marking how far the obedience goesकिसी धर्मांश को भी
tyajyantethey let go passive pl.; the wives are the sense-subject(वे) त्याग देती हैं
iti arthaḥthat is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
patyuḥ ādeśa-tat-parāḥ iti — the phrase 'bent on the husband's command'; paty-asaṁmatiḥ cet — if the husband disapproves; kaṁcid dharmāṁśam api tyajyante — they let go even some portion of dharma; iti arthaḥ — that is its sense.
"पति के आदेश में तत्पर" — इसका अर्थ यह कि यदि पति की असम्मति हो तो वे किसी धर्मांश को भी त्याग देती हैं।
Take the phrase 'bent on the husband's command.' Jīva explains: if the husband does not agree to something, they will let go of even some part of their dharma. Their obedience to him reaches that far.
"पति के आदेश में तत्पर" का तात्पर्य यह है। यदि पति सहमत न हो, तो वे धर्म के किसी अंश को भी छोड़ देती हैं।
The point is the depth of the obedience, not a license to break dharma: at the husband's disapproval the svakīyā wife yields even a portion of her own duty. tyajyante is passive plural ('are given up'), read with the wives as the sense-subject.

anyatareṇa api — even by either of the two; na vyākhyātam — it has not been explained.
दोनों में से किसी एक (पक्ष) के द्वारा भी व्याख्या नहीं की गई…
This point, the note remarks, neither of the two has explained. The line then breaks off unfinished.
इसकी व्याख्या दोनों में से किसी एक पक्ष से भी नहीं की गई…
A fragmentary editorial remark, not part of Jīva's running gloss: it observes that neither of the two [commentators] took the matter up. The trailing '..' marks that the sentence is incomplete in the source.
यह वाक्य स्रोत में अधूरा छूटा है, इसलिए इसका पूरा तात्पर्य निश्चित नहीं किया जा सकता।
