prahlāda-vatsala vayaṁ bibhimo vihārād
prahlāda-vatsala"O you who are so tender toward Prahlāda!" — the gopīs' teasing address to Kṛṣṇa vocative; this epithet is the pivot of the joke — it recalls Nṛsiṁha, whose nails saved Prahlāda by tearing Hiraṇyakaśipu, so it sets up their mock-dread of his nailsहे प्रह्लाद पर वात्सल्य रखनेवाले!
bibhimoare frightened bibhīmaḥ, 1st pl. of √bhī; verbs of fearing take the ablative of the thing feared — here vihārād asmādडरती हैं (√भी से प्रथम पुरुष बहुवचन; भय के अर्थवाले धातु जिससे डरा जाए उसमें पञ्चमी लेते हैं—यहाँ विहारात् अस्मात्)
vihārādof this dalliance, this love-play [of yours] ablative governed by bibhimo; its demonstrative asmād runs over onto the next lineइस विहार से (डरती हैं—इसलिए पञ्चमी; इसका सर्वनाम अस्मात् अगली पंक्ति में आता है)
prahlāda-vatsala — O you fond of Prahlāda; vayaṁ bibhimo — we are frightened; vihārād [asmād] — of this play [of yours].
The gopīs tease him: "O you who are so fond of Prahlāda — we are frightened of this play of yours!"
An udāharaṇa of bhaya-hāsyaja — 'humor born of fear' (defined at kārikā 263, v186, 'hāsyād bhayena janitaṁ ... bhaya-hāsyajam') — here of the aṅga (subordinate) kind, where the fear-humor serves the love-play, and conveyed by ceṣṭā, gesture (lead-in 'ceṣṭayā'); quoted from Rasa-sudhākara 1.275. The joke works by the address 'prahlāda-vatsala': the one so kind to Prahlāda is Nṛsiṁha, who used his terrible nails to tear Hiraṇyakaśipu; so as Kṛṣṇa sets his own nails on the gopīs, they pretend to dread those same claws, turning fright into a jest.

asmādof this [play] demonstrative ablative completing vihārād of L1 — 'frightened of THIS play'इस (विहार) से (L1 के विहारात् को पूरा करता सर्वनाम पञ्चमी—'इस लीला से डरती हैं')
itiso [they let it be understood] closes the gopīs' quoted wordsइस प्रकार (गोपियों के कथन की समाप्ति)
dhvanita-narmasu gopikāsuwhile the gopīs let their jests be hinted locative absolute — 'when the gopīs had insinuated their jokes'; dhvanita = suggested, not said outright, narma = playful teasingजब गोपियों ने अपनी ठिठोली संकेत से जता दी (सति-सप्तमी; ध्वनित = संकेत से सुझाया, स्पष्ट कहा नहीं, नर्म = विनोदपूर्ण छेड़छाड़)
līlā-mṛdusoft and tender with love-play describes stana-taṭeṣu — the breast-slopes made tender in the dallianceलीला में कोमल हुए (स्तन-तटों का विशेषण)
stana-taṭeṣuon the slopes of [their] breasts locative — where the nail-tips are set to workस्तन-तटों पर (सप्तमी—जहाँ नख-किसलय लगाए जाते हैं)
nakhāṅkurāṇihis nail-sprouts — the sharp, budding tips of his nails accusative plural, the object of vyāpārayan on L3; nakha = nail, aṅkura = sprout/bud, so 'nails like fresh shoots'नख-किसलयों को (द्वितीया बहुवचन, L3 के व्यापारयन् का कर्म; नख = नाखून, अङ्कुर = अंकुर/कोंपल, अतः 'नये अंकुर-से नख')
asmād iti — 'of this,' so [they hint]; dhvanita-narmasu gopikāsu — while the gopīs let their jests be understood; līlā-mṛdu stana-taṭeṣu — on their breast-slopes soft with play; nakhāṅkurāṇi — his nail-tips.
"...of this play!" — so the gopīs let their teasing be understood. And on the slopes of their breasts, soft with love-play, his sharp nail-tips...
The very nails that the epithet 'prahlāda-vatsala' brought to mind (Nṛsiṁha's claws) are the 'nakhāṅkura' now in play here — the poet joins the two so the mock-fear lands.

vaḥyou all the audience being blessedतुम सबकी (जिन्हें आशीर्वाद दिया जा रहा है)
śikhi-piccha-mauliḥhe whose crown is a peacock feather — Kṛṣṇa nominative subject of the whole sentence; śikhi-piccha = a peacock's tail-feather, mauli = crownमोरपंख को मुकुट रूप में धारण करनेवाले कृष्ण (सम्पूर्ण वाक्य का कर्ता प्रथमा; शिखि-पिच्छ = मयूर-पिच्छ, मौलि = मुकुट)
śikhi-piccha-mauliḥ — Kṛṣṇa, crowned with a peacock feather; [stana-taṭeṣu] nakhāṅkurāṇi vyāpārayan — plying his nail-tips [on those breast-slopes]; vaḥ avatu — may he protect you all.
...Kṛṣṇa, his crown a peacock feather, plies them busily — may that Kṛṣṇa protect you all. Their pretended dread of his nails, turned into a joke, is the humor born of fear; and here it is carried by his very gesture — ceṣṭā — of setting those nails to work.
This is the ceṣṭā (gesture) illustration promised by the lead-in: the fear-humor is occasioned not by a spoken line or by dress but by Kṛṣṇa's action itself — his nail-play — which draws out the gopīs' jesting fright.

"O you who are so tender toward Prahlāda — we are frightened of this love-play of yours!": while the gopīs let this teasing be understood, Kṛṣṇa, crowned with a peacock feather, plies his budding nail-tips on the slopes of their breasts, soft with the play — may that Kṛṣṇa protect you all. (The joke turns on the epithet: the one so kind to Prahlāda is Nṛsiṁha, whose terrible nails tore Hiraṇyakaśipu; so as those same nails touch the gopīs, they pretend to dread them, turning fright into a jest.)
Udāharaṇa quoted from Rasa-sudhākara 1.275, illustrating bhaya-hāsyaja — 'humor born of fear' (defined at kārikā 263) — of the subordinate (aṅga) kind, here conveyed by ceṣṭā, gesture (lead-in 'ceṣṭayā').
