yady ullaṅghya giraṁ visarpati tataḥ svāṅge vraṇaṁ pāṇijaiḥ
yadiif — Kṛṣṇa lays down a condition to Rādhā opens the protasis; its verb is visarpatiयदि — यदि (यह शर्त की क्रिया 'विसर्पति' से जुड़ती है)
ullaṅghya giramshould you disregard my word gerund + object gir- 'speech, request'; 'having overstepped [my] command'मेरी वाणी (आज्ञा) को लाँघकर, अर्थात् मेरी बात न मानकर
visarpatiand slip away 3sg pres.; unstated subject is Rādhā, the one addressedवह (राधा) सरककर चली जाती है
tataḥthen here is what I will doतो, तब
svāṅgeon my own body sva-aṅge, locative of place — the wound is self-inflictedउसके अपने ही अंग पर (यह घाव स्वयं का किया हुआ है)
pāṇijaiḥwith my own nails pāṇi-ja 'nail' (born of the hand), instrumental of meansनाखूनों के द्वारा (हाथ से उत्पन्न, अर्थात् नखों से)
yadi — if; ullaṅghya giram — should you disregard my word; visarpati — and slip away; tataḥ — then; pāṇijaiḥ — with my nails; svāṅge — on my own body; vraṇaṁ — a scratch-wound [I will make, kurvann eva, in L2]…
Kṛṣṇa warns Rādhā: 'If you ignore what I ask and slip away, then, with my own nails, on my own body I will gouge a scratch-mark —' The sentence runs on into the next line.
An udāharaṇa of the aṅga (secondary) variety of bhaya-hāsyaja — mirth arising by way of fear, one of the play's bhūṣaṇas (dramatic ornaments) — here illustrated through speech (vācā). The lakṣaṇa is kārikā 263 (nc.8.186), where bhaya-hāsyaja is set out as twofold, mukha and aṅga; the primary variety, mukha, was just illustrated at nc.8.187.

kurvann eva kṛtaṁ tvayeti jaratī-laksāya vakṣyāmy aham |
kurvann evamaking it that very instant present participle; eva stresses that speech and deed are simultaneousउन घावों को बनाते हुए ही ('एव' से कहना और करना एक ही साथ होता है)
kṛtaṁ tvayā iti'this was done by you!' — the words I will speak iti closes the quoted accusation; tvayā = by you, Rādhā'यह तूने ही किया है' — ऐसा (इति से यह आरोप-वाक्य समाप्त होता है; तेरे द्वारा, अर्थात् राधा के द्वारा)
jaratī-lakṣāyaso as to convince the old duenna jaratī 'old woman' + lakṣa 'target', dative of purpose — the charge is aimed at herउस बुढ़िया को लक्ष्य बनाकर, अर्थात् उसे सुनाने के लिए
vakṣyāmi ahamI will announce 1sg future; aham throws the threat back on himselfमैं (स्वयं) कहूँगा
aham — I; kurvann eva — the very moment I make [the wound]; jaratī-lakṣāya — so as to convince the old duenna; kṛtaṁ tvayā iti — 'this was done by you'; vakṣyāmi — will announce.
'—and the very instant I make it, I will tell the old duenna, "Rādhā did this to me!" — pinning the love-scratch on you.' The threat is blackmail: a nail-mark passes for the sign of a secret tryst, so unless she stays she will be exposed before the watchful old woman.
nakha-kṣata, nail-marks, are the recognized tokens of love-play; to claim Rādhā left them is to brand her his secret lover — hence the fear the threat is meant to rouse.

Rādhā stands rooted, unable to stir. Then Hari, a smile spreading across his face, folds her in his arms. May that Hari grant you joy! The mirth (hāsya) here rises straight out of the fear (bhaya) his threat awakened — that is what makes the scene a bhaya-hāsyaja ornament.
