gacchāmy acyuta darśanena bhavataḥ kiṁ tṛptir utpadyate
gacchāmi'I am leaving now' — she announces her departure 1st sg. present; the mock-farewell that frames the whole speechअब मैं जाती हूँ — वर्तमान का यह प्रथम-पुरुष रूप ही उस बनावटी विदाई का आरम्भ है जिस पर सारा वचन टिका है
acyutaO Acyuta (Kṛṣṇa) vocative — she is addressing Kṛṣṇa to his faceहे अच्युत!
darśanena bhavataḥand after all, from just the sight of you darśanena instrumental of means, 'by seeing'; bhavataḥ genitive, 'of you'आपके दर्शन-मात्र से — दर्शनेन करण-तृतीया 'देखने से', भवतः षष्ठी 'आपके'
kiṁ tṛptir utpadyatedoes any real satisfaction arise? kiṁ makes it a rhetorical question — the implied answer is 'no, a mere glance is not enough'क्या तृप्ति उत्पन्न होती है?
gacchāmi acyuta — I am leaving, O Acyuta; bhavataḥ darśanena kiṁ tṛptiḥ utpadyate — does the mere sight of you bring on any satisfaction?
'I'm off now, Acyuta,' the gopī says. 'And anyway — does simply looking at you ever really satisfy anyone?' Under the show of leaving, she is hinting that a mere glance leaves her wanting: she is after more than the sight of him.
An udāharaṇa of sambhogecchā-prakaṭana 'by vāc' — showing the desire for union through speech — the first of the three modes (speech, dress, gesture) laid down in the kārikā of 260 (v172). Quoted from the Padyāvalī (207). The gopī voices a mock-farewell whose artful turn actually broadcasts her longing for union, and Kṛṣṇa answers by taking her in his arms.

kiṁ tv evaṁ vijana-sthayor hata-janaḥ sambhāvayaty anyathā |
kiṁ tubut even so — here comes the reason she gives for going kiṁ tu marks the turn from the veiled complaint to her stated excuseपरन्तु — यहीं वचन छिपी हुई शिकायत से मुड़कर उसके कहे हुए बहाने की ओर जाता है
evaṁ vijana-sthayoḥif the two of us keep standing about like this in a lonely spot vijana 'deserted place' + -stha 'standing'; genitive dual, the pair of themइस प्रकार एकान्त में खड़े हुए हम दोनों के विषय में — विजन 'सूना स्थान' + स्थ 'खड़े', षष्ठी द्विवचन, वे दोनों
hata-janaḥthese wretched gossips hata 'accursed' + jana 'folk'; nominative singular used collectively, the subject of sambhāvayatiयह निन्दित लोग — हत 'अभागा, नीच' + जन 'लोग'; प्रथमा एकवचन समूहवाची, सम्भावयति का कर्ता
sambhāvayaty anyathāwill suppose something improper is going on sambhāvayati 'will imagine, suspect'; anyathā 'otherwise, wrongly'अन्यथा ही कल्पना कर बैठेंगे — सम्भावयति 'सोच लेगा, शंका करेगा'; अन्यथा 'और ही ढंग से, ग़लत'
kiṁ tu — but even so; evaṁ vijana-sthayoḥ — with the two of us standing thus in a lonely place; hata-janaḥ anyathā sambhāvayati — the wretched gossips will imagine otherwise.
'But if the two of us stand about like this in a deserted spot, the nasty gossips will suppose the worst.' That is the excuse she gives for leaving. Yet in saying it she lets slip that they are quite alone together — and that she has already been standing here with him a good while.
This is where the speech does its double work. On the surface her words say 'I must go, for people will talk.' But the very complaint reveals what she wants: she names their solitude and their long standing together, and so her mouth confesses the desire for union that her farewell pretends to deny.

ālasāmand so left limp and languid accusative feminine singular — the whole compound describes the gopī, object of āśliṣyan in L4उस आलस्ययुक्त (गोपी) को — कर्म कारक स्त्रीलिंग एकवचन; यह सारा समास गोपी का वर्णन करता है, जो एल४ में आश्लिष्यन् का कर्म है
iti — so she speaks; āmantraṇa-bhaṅgi-sūcita-vṛthāvasthāna-kheda-ālasām (gopīm) — (the gopī) left languid by the weariness of fruitless lingering that the artful turn of her farewell let show.
So she speaks. And the clever twist in her farewell gives her away: she is worn out and listless from standing here with him and getting nowhere. Her words say 'goodbye,' but they reveal that she is tired of merely lingering — she longs for union. This whole line is one long word painting her, and it hangs on the 'gopī' of the next line.

hariḥ — Hari; pulakotkarāñcita-tanuḥ — his body bristling with thrill-bumps; gopīm āśliṣyan — embracing that gopī; vaḥ pātu — may he protect you all.
Hari reads the hint at once. His own body bristling all over with thrill-bumps, he takes that gopī into his arms. May that Hari protect you all. The verse closes, as udāharaṇa verses do, on a blessing — and the point stands proved: the gopī has made her desire for union known purely through her speech.

"I am leaving now, Acyuta — and after all, does the mere sight of you ever bring on any real satisfaction? But if the two of us keep standing about like this in a lonely spot, the wretched gossips will suppose the worst." By this artful turn of her leave-taking the gopī betrays her weariness at lingering here to no purpose, and stands limp and languid with longing — and Hari, his own body bristling all over with a rush of thrill-bumps, takes that gopī into his arms. May that Hari protect you all.
