ekasminn iha roma-kūpa-kuhare brahmāṇḍa-bhāṇḍāvalī
ekasminin just one, in a single one — the whole marvel turns on this 'only one' locative, going with roma-kūpa-kuhareएक ही (रोमकूप में)
ihahere — here on your very body, O Lordयहाँ
roma-kūpa-kuharein the hollow of a hair-pore — roma-kūpa is a pore of the skin, kuhara its tiny cavity locative: the place where the universes are seenरोमकूप के छिद्र में
brahmāṇḍa-bhāṇḍāvalīa whole row of universe-pots — brahmāṇḍa is a cosmic egg, a universe; bhāṇḍa a pot or jar; āvalī a strung-out row nominative subject; the sentence runs on into L2ब्रह्माण्ड रूपी घड़ों की पंक्ति (कर्ता; वाक्य L2 में चलता है)
iha — here, on you; ekasmin roma-kūpa-kuhare — in the hollow of a single hair-pore; brahmāṇḍa-bhāṇḍāvalī — a whole row of universe-pots [appears — see L2].
Here, in the hollow of just one of your hair-pores, a whole strung-out row of universes — pots upon pots of them — [shows itself]. The kings pile the wonder up front: a single pore, and inside it universe after universe. The verb that completes the picture comes in the next line.
An udāharaṇa of madhura-bhāṣaṇam, 'sweet, gracious speech' — the pleasing eulogy defined just before at 181: yat prasannena manasā pūjyaṁ pūjayitur vacaḥ stuti-prakāśanaṁ tat tu jñeyaṁ madhura-bhāṣaṇam, 'the honorer's speech, spoken with a pleased mind toward the one to be honored and revealing praise, is to be known as madhura-bhāṣaṇam.' Cited from the fifth act (yathā pañcame), spoken by two kings with deference (sapraśrayam): they praise the Lord's boundless greatness, before whom their own emperorship is nothing.

prekṣayateappears to view, shows itself — the row of universes comes into sightदिखाई पड़ती है
gavākṣa-padavī-ghūrṇat-parāṇūpamālooking like motes of dust whirling in a lattice-window's beam — gavākṣa is a round latticed window, padavī the track of its sunbeam, ghūrṇat 'whirling', para-aṇu a fine speck, upamā 'resembling' nominative, describing brahmāṇḍa-bhāṇḍāvalī of L1झरोखे के मार्ग में घूमते हुए परमाणुओं के समान (वह घड़ों की पंक्ति)
yasya — of whom; brahmāṇḍa-bhāṇḍāvalī — the row of universe-pots; gavākṣa-padavī-ghūrṇat-parāṇūpamā — like dust-motes whirling in a window's sunbeam; prekṣayate — appears to view.
Of you, in whose one pore that row of universes appears — and it appears like specks of dust whirling in the shaft of light through a lattice window. Everyone has watched dust dance in a sunbeam. That is how the countless universes look inside a single pore of the Lord: that small, that many, that fleeting.
Why cited: part of the udāharaṇa of madhura-bhāṣaṇam (181): the image measures the Lord's greatness — whole universes are mere floating dust in one of his pores — which is the praise the pleasing speech is built on.

rājendratā-grāmaṭīthis beggarly little hamlet of emperorship — rāja-indra-tā is 'being a lord-of-kings', and grāmaṭī a wretched scrap of a village, a scornful diminutive that shrinks emperorship to nothing nominative, the subject the question asks aboutसम्राट्-पदवी रूपी तुच्छ गँवई वस्तु (जिसके विषय में प्रश्न है)
vibho — O Lord; tava tasya samṛddhaye — to add anything to that greatness of yours; kā iyaṁ rājendratā-grāmaṭī — what is this beggarly little hamlet of emperorship?
So, O Lord, what is this paltry little village of emperorship worth — for adding anything to that greatness of yours? They shrink their own imperial rank to a scrap of a hamlet. Before a Lord in whose single pore whole universes float like dust, being emperor of the earth adds exactly nothing.
Why cited: the pivot of the madhura-bhāṣaṇam (181): the kings honor the Lord by belittling their own high station — their emperorship is nothing beside him, the self-effacing move that makes the praise gracious.

tad api — and yet; asau — this emperorship; śauṭīryeṇa — by its swagger; naḥ — in us; kām api camatkṛtiṁ — some nameless wonder; puṣyati — does foster.
And yet — nothing though it is to you — this same emperorship, by its sheer swagger, does foster in us some wonder we cannot name. A gracious turn: having called their rank a worthless hamlet before the Lord, they admit that for them, small as they are, its pomp still stirs a certain amazement. The whole speech honors the Lord while making light of themselves — and that is what madhura-bhāṣaṇam is.
Why cited: the close of the udāharaṇa of madhura-bhāṣaṇam (181): the kings soften their self-belittling with a candid, pleasant admission — even their 'nothing' of a rank amazes them — rounding off the sweet, deferential eulogy.

An udāharaṇa of madhura-bhāṣaṇam ('sweet, gracious speech'), the eulogy defined at 181; quoted from Act 5, spoken by two kings with deference (sapraśrayam), who honor the Lord by shrinking their own imperial rank to nothing before his boundless greatness.
