vasantī śuddhānte madhurima-parītā madhuripor
śuddhāntein the inner apartments — the women's private chambers of the palaceअन्तःपुर (शुद्धान्त) में
vasantīwho is dwelling there, residing present active participle, fem., agreeing with iyaṁ tanvī (L2)निवास करती हुई (यह तन्वी — स्त्रीलिंग वर्तमानकालिक कृदन्त, इयं तन्वी का विशेषण)
madhurima-parītāsteeped all around in sweet charmमाधुर्य से परिपूर्ण, चारों ओर से घिरी हुई
madhuripoḥof Madhu-ripu (Kṛṣṇa, the slayer of the demon Madhu) — construing ahead with karagatā (L2): 'into Kṛṣṇa's hand' genitive carried across the line-break to karagatā, not to madhurimaमधुरिपु अर्थात् कृष्ण के (यह षष्ठी अगली पंक्ति की करगता से जुड़ती है — कृष्ण के हाथ में)
śuddhānte vasantī — dwelling in the inner apartments; madhurima-parītā — steeped in sweet charm; madhuripoḥ — of Madhu-ripu, Kṛṣṇa [→ karagatā, L2].
Nava-vṛndā, speaking to herself, sets the scene. There is a slender lady living in the inner chambers, wrapped all around in her own sweet charm. And she is bound for Madhu-ripu — Kṛṣṇa, the enemy of the demon Madhu.
An udāharaṇa of prasiddhi, the sandhy-aṅga defined in 163 (v042): 'establishing one's own point by means of things well known in the world (loka-vikhyāta).' Spoken aside (svagatam) by Nava-vṛndā in the sixth act. The verse's own auto-commentary (given at 164, v044) names the device outright: by telling of the world-famous union of the blossomed lotus and the bee, Nava-vṛndā establishes her real point — the coming union of Rādhā and Mādhava. So the lady here is Rādhā and the bee below is Kṛṣṇa (Mādhava).

iyaṁ tanvī — this slender lady; sadyaḥ svayam iha — this very moment, of her own accord, right here; madhuripoḥ karagatā bhavitrī — is destined to come into Kṛṣṇa's hand.
This slender lady is bound — this very moment, and of her own accord — to come right here into Kṛṣṇa's hand, to be won by him. By the commentary she is Rādhā.

uttuṅgaiḥ avikala-madhūlī-parimalaiḥ — by the lofty fragrances of flawless pollen; vṛtāṅgīm — [the lotus] whose every part is wrapped over.
Now the well-known image begins. Picture a lotus whose every part is wrapped in the tall, thick fragrance of its own perfect pollen. These accusatives all describe the fresh lotus named in the next line.

nava-kamalinīmthe fresh young lotus-plant — the lady, Rādhā, in the comparisonनयी कमलिनी को

rolambe — O bee; uttuṅgaiḥ ... vṛtāṅgīm praphullām nava-kamalinīm — the fresh lotus in full bloom, wrapped [as in L3]; kaḥ kathayati — who can describe her?
O bee, who could ever describe this fresh lotus in full bloom? The question means no one can — she is past describing. And there lies the point. The lotus is the lady (Rādhā); the bee is Kṛṣṇa (Mādhava); the blossomed lotus opening to the bee is their coming union. Everyone knows the lotus yields to the bee — that world-famous fact carries Nava-vṛndā's real message: Rādhā will come to Mādhava. Using a fact known to all the world to establish her own point is exactly prasiddhi, the element this verse illustrates.
The śleṣa carries the whole device: the surface talk is of a lotus and a bee, the real subject is Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. The auto-commentary at 164 makes the mapping explicit — 'by telling of the world-famous union of the blossomed lotus-plant and the bee, the establishing of one's own point, the union of Rādhā and Mādhava, is prasiddhi.'

Quoted from the sixth act (of Lalita-Mādhava), spoken aside (svagatam) by Nava-vṛndā; the śleṣa of lotus-and-bee for Rādhā-and-Mādhava carries the device, as the auto-commentary at 164 (v044) makes explicit.
