udgīrṇādbhuta-mādhurī-parimalasyābhīra-līlasya me
udgīrṇādbhuta-mādhurī-parimalasyaof me, from whom the fragrance of a wondrous sweetness pours out bahuvrīhi in the genitive describing 'me' — udgīrṇa 'poured forth' + adbhuta-mādhurī 'wondrous sweetness' + parimala 'fragrance'; it stays hanging until dvaitaṁ in L2जिस (मुझ) से उमड़ी हुई अद्भुत माधुरी की सुगन्ध (परिमल) फैल रही है, ऐसे मेरा — बहुव्रीहि षष्ठी, 'मे' का विशेषण
ābhīra-līlasyaof me whose every sport is a cowherd's play bahuvrīhi, genitive with 'me' — ābhīra 'cowherd' + līlā 'play'जिसकी लीला ग्वाले (आभीर) की-सी है, ऐसे मेरा — यह भी बहुव्रीहि षष्ठी, 'मे' के साथ
meof me — a double of whom the bard keeps showing genitive completed by dvaitaṁ in L2; the line carries no finite verb of its ownमेरा — यह षष्ठी अगली पंक्ति के 'द्वैतम्' पर जाकर पूरी होती है; इस पंक्ति में कोई क्रिया नहीं
me — of me; udgīrṇādbhuta-mādhurī-parimalasya — from whom the fragrance of a wondrous sweetness pours out; ābhīra-līlasya — whose every sport is a cowherd's play [— of this me, a double, in L2]
Kṛṣṇa is speaking of himself. From me the fragrance of a wondrous sweetness pours out; my every sport is a cowherd's play. It is a double of this 'me' — the next line names it — that the bard keeps showing.
An udāharaṇa of abhiprāya, the sandhy-aṅga just defined in kārikā 161 (nc.8.36): an unreal yet heart-pleasing matter, imagined through a likeness (abhūtārtho hṛdyaḥ sāmyena kalpitaḥ). Here Kṛṣṇa, shown a likeness of himself, conceives the impossible-but-sweet wish to become a vraja-woman — an unreal thing (abhūta) made present through sāmya, the double. Quoted from Lalita-Mādhava (4.19), spoken by Kṛṣṇa 'with eagerness, his hair standing on end' (sotsukaṁ romāñcam unmīlya). The whole line is a string of genitives describing 'me'; read it straight into L2.

dvaitaṁ hanta samakṣayan muhur asau citrīyate cāraṇaḥ |
dvaitaṁa double, a second self [of me] accusative, object of samakṣayan; the genitives of L1 depend on it — and it rings of dvaita, 'a duality', a second Kṛṣṇa set beside the firstएक द्वैत (जोड़े) को — samakṣayan का कर्म; L1 की षष्ठियाँ इसी पर आश्रित हैं; 'द्वैत' शब्द से मानो पहले कृष्ण के पास दूसरा कृष्ण रख दिया गया हो
hantaah! — just lookअहो!
samakṣayansetting it right before my eyes present participle from samakṣa 'before the eyes', agreeing with cāraṇaḥआँखों के सामने लाता हुआ — 'समक्ष' (आँखों के आगे) से बना वर्तमान कृदन्त, cāraṇaḥ का विशेषण
muhuragain and againबार-बार
citrīyateworks a sheer marvel — and paints my very picture denominative from citra, which means both 'a wonder' and 'a picture': the bard astounds me and, at once, produces my imageविस्मित कर देता है — और साथ ही (मेरा) चित्र रच देता है; 'चित्र' पर श्लेष: 'आश्चर्य' भी और 'चित्रित प्रतिमा' भी
cāraṇaḥthe cāraṇa — a wandering bard, a celestial minstrelचारण (भाट, स्तुति-गायक)
asau cāraṇaḥ — that wandering bard; me dvaitaṁ (from L1) — a double of me; muhuḥ samakṣayan — setting it before my eyes again and again; hanta citrīyate — ah, works a marvel!
Ah, just look — that wandering bard, setting a second self of my own before my eyes again and again, works a sheer marvel. The word citrīyate does double duty: he astounds me, and in the same stroke paints my very picture.
citrīyate is the line's pivot, a śleṣa on citra — at once 'a wonder' and 'a painted image': the bard both amazes Kṛṣṇa and, in the same stroke, produces a duplicate 'picture' of him — the dvaita, the second self Kṛṣṇa is now marvelling at.

yasya prekṣya surūpatāṁ vraja-vadhū-sārūpyam anviṣyati
yasyaof that double — genitive relative, antecedent dvaitaṁ (L2); it goes with surūpatāṁजिस (द्वैत) की — सम्बन्ध-सर्वनाम, जिसका पूर्वपद 'द्वैतम्' है; surūpatāṁ के साथ जुड़ता है
prekṣyaonce it has looked upon, having seen gerund, its subject the heart of L3देखकर — पूर्वकालिक कृदन्त, जिसका कर्ता पिछली पंक्ति का चित्त है

vraja-vadhū-sārūpyamthe same form as the vraja women — to look just like the gopīs accusative object of anviṣyati — sārūpya, 'sameness of form'व्रज-वधुओं के साथ सारूप्य (रूप-साम्य) को — anviṣyati का कर्म
anviṣyatinow goes searching after, seeks to attainढूँढ़ता है / (पाने की) कामना करता है
(māmakaṁ cetaḥ) yasya surūpatāṁ prekṣya — my heart, having seen the surpassing beauty of that double; vraja-vadhū-sārūpyam anviṣyati — now seeks to take on the same form as the vraja women
seeing the surpassing beauty of that double, my heart at once goes seeking the very form of the vraja women — it wants to become a gopī! This is just the abhiprāya being illustrated: through the likeness set before him (sāmya), Kṛṣṇa conceives what cannot be yet delights the heart — that he himself might turn into a vraja-woman and relish that other Kṛṣṇa the way the gopīs do.
The turn is a play of rūpa 'form' words: the double's beauty (surūpatā) makes the heart crave sārūpya, 'the gopīs' form'. This impossible-but-sweet wish, sprung from a likeness, is exactly the abhiprāya of kārikā 161 — an abhūtārtha (unreal matter) that is hṛdya (heart-pleasing), kalpita through sāmya.
