bile kva nu vililyire nṛpa-pipīlikāḥ pīḍitāḥ
nṛpa-pipīlikāḥthe enemy kings — mere ants, in his contempt nominative subject; metaphor-compound, 'kings who are (only) ants'राजा रूपी चींटियाँ — जो राजा वस्तुतः चींटी-मात्र हैं
pīḍitāḥonce I had crushed them past participle agreeing with the 'king-ants'सताई हुई, पीड़ित (उन्हीं चींटी-राजाओं के साथ लगा विशेषण)
kva nuwhere, oh where?
bileinto what hole locative of place — the burrow they slunk intoबिल में — जिस दर में वे दुबक गईं
vililyirehave they slunk away and hidden vi-√lī, perfect middle 3rd pl.
nṛpa-pipīlikāḥ — the king-ants; pīḍitāḥ — once crushed; kva nu bile — into what hole, oh where; vililyire — have they slunk away and hidden?
The drunken Balarāma is boasting. "Those enemy kings — nothing but ants to me! Once I had crushed them, where did they scurry off to? Into what hole have they slunk away and hidden?"
An udāharaṇa of madaḥ, 'intoxication' — the vyabhicāri-bhāva that is madya-ja, 'born of drink' (the kārikā set up just before, subsection madaḥ). Recited in the fifth act (source ref 5.41) by the character Bhīṣma ("again observing, with a smile"), who describes a wine-flushed Balarāma staggering forward and raving. The whole verse displays mada: the swaggering contempt for enemy kings, the cosmic boast, the addressing of the moon — all the loose, grandiose speech that drink brings on.

pinasmi jagadaṇḍakaṁ nanu hariḥ krudhaṁ dhāsyati |
jagadaṇḍakaṁthe whole cosmic egg, the universe itself accusative object — jagad-aṇḍaka, the brahmāṇḍaजगत् रूपी अण्ड को — इस ब्रह्माण्ड को (कर्म)
pinasmiI will grind to powder! √piṣ, 1st sg. — the boast in the presentमैं पीस डालता हूँ (√पिष्, उत्तम पुरुष एकवचन — वर्तमान में दम्भ)
nanubut then — wait particle, here self-checking rather than emphaticअरे ठहरो — यहाँ अपने को ही रोकता हुआ शब्द, केवल जोर देने वाला नहीं
hariḥHari — Kṛṣṇaहरि (कृष्ण)
krudhaṁ dhāsyatiwould take on anger, would get angry krudhaṁ (acc. 'anger') + dhāsyati (fut. of √dhā, 'assume, take on')क्रोध धारण कर लेंगे — क्रुध (क्रोध) को धा.
jagadaṇḍakaṁ pinasmi — I'll grind the cosmic egg to powder!; nanu — but then; hariḥ krudhaṁ dhāsyati — Hari would get angry.
"I could pound the whole universe-egg to dust!" — and then, even in his swagger, he checks himself: "but wait, then Hari would surely get angry with me." Drink makes him boast of crushing the cosmos, yet the thought of Kṛṣṇa still pulls him up short.

śacī-gṛha-kuraṅga re hasasi kiṁ tvam ity unnadann
śacī-gṛha-kuraṅgaO deer of Śacī's house — that is, O moon vocative; the moon bears a deer-mark, addressed as the pet deer of heaven's householdहे शची के घर के मृग — चन्द्रमा में मृग का चिह्न है, इसलिए उसे स्वर्ग के घर का पालतू हरिण कहकर सम्बोधित करते हैं
rehey! — a rough, drunken callअरे
tvam kiṁ hasasiwhy are you laughing at me? hasasi (2nd sg.
itiso saying — closing the raving speechऐसा (कहकर)
unnadanbellowing it all out loud ud-√nad, present participle — 'roaring up'गरजते हुए, ऊँचे स्वर से चिल्लाते हुए (उद्-√नद्, वर्तमान कृदन्त)
śacī-gṛha-kuraṅga re — hey, O deer of Śacī's house (the moon); tvam kiṁ hasasi — why do you laugh at me?; iti unnadan — bellowing thus.
Then he rounds on the moon in the sky: "Hey there, you deer up in Śacī's heavenly house — what are you laughing at me for?" Roaring all this out at nothing...
śacī-gṛha-kuraṅga: literally 'the deer of Śacī's mansion.' The moon carries a deer-shaped mark, so the moon is figured as a tame deer kept in the heavenly household of Śacī, Indra's queen. In his drink Balarāma imagines the moon is mocking him and shouts back at it — one more sign of mada.
