L1definition
atrāṅga-kalpanā-kārya-phalāgama-samāgamāt |
atrahere — in this final juncture (the nirvahaṇa-sandhi) locative of place; points back to the nirvahaṇa just defined in kārikā 107यहाँ, अर्थात् अभी-अभी परिभाषित निर्वहण-सन्धि में
aṅga-kalpanā-kāryathe finished work of devising the limbs (the sandhy-aṅgas all arranged)अंगों की भली-भाँति रचना रूप कार्य
phala-āgamaand the arrival of the fruit (the plot's goal now reached)और फल का आगमन, अर्थात् अभीष्ट फल की प्राप्ति
samāgamātbecause these two come together ablative of cause; the confluence of arranged limbs + arrived fruit is what makes the juncture the nirvahaṇa—इन दोनों के संगम अर्थात् एक साथ मिल जाने के कारण (यह निर्वहण-सन्धि बनती है)
atra — here in the final juncture; aṅga-kalpanā-kārya-phalāgama-samāgamāt — because the finished arranging of the limbs and the arrival of the fruit come together.
Here, in the closing juncture, two things meet. First, all the sandhi-limbs are fully worked out. Second, the fruit of the whole plot finally arrives. It is because these two come together that we have the nirvahaṇa, the concluding sandhi.
Continues the nirvahaṇa-sandhi from the previous kārikā (107), which said the scattered mukha-sandhi and the rest, tied to the seed, reach the great goal. This line names what that convergence is: the limbs, fully devised, meeting the arrival of the fruit.

rādhā-ādīnām sarvāsām kumārīṇām — of all the maidens beginning with Rādhā; tu — and here in particular; avāptitaḥ — because they are won.
And in this drama specifically, the fruit is nothing less than the winning of every one of the maidens — Rādhā and all the rest. Because they are all attained, the goal is fully reached and the concluding juncture is complete.
The fruit (phala) of this drama is Kṛṣṇa's union with all the gopī-maidens headed by Rādhā; that winning is what makes the nirvahaṇa land here. The illustration that follows (from the Lalita-Mādhava) then names the individual limbs of this final juncture.
atra aṅga-kalpanā-kārya-phala-āgama-samāgamāt, rādhā-ādīnāṁ sarvāsāṁ kumārīṇām avāptitaḥ tu (nirvahaṇa-sandhiḥ siddhyati).
Here, in the closing juncture, two things come together: the limbs of the sandhi have all been fully worked out, and the fruit of the whole plot has now arrived. And in this Kṛṣṇa-drama the fruit is precisely this — that all the maidens beginning with Rādhā are won. Because that arranging of the limbs and that arrival of the fruit meet, and because every one of the kumārīs is thus attained, the nirvahaṇa, the concluding sandhi, is complete.
Rūpa's defining kārikā for the nirvahaṇa-sandhi: it names the two conditions that constitute the final juncture — the fully devised sandhy-aṅgas plus the arrival of the plot's fruit — and specifies that fruit here as Kṛṣṇa's winning of all the gopī-maidens headed by Rādhā.
