kaṁsārer avaloka-maṅgala-vinābhāvād adhanyedhunā
kaṁsāreḥof Kaṁsāri — Kṛṣṇa, the foe of Kaṁsa gen.; the one whose sight she is deprived ofकंस के शत्रु अर्थात् कृष्ण का — जिनके दर्शन से वह वंचित है
avaloka-maṅgala-vinābhāvātbecause I am cut off from the blessing that is even one glimpse of him abl. of cause; vinā-bhāva = 'the state of being-without', absenceदर्शन-रूपी मंगल के अभाव के कारण; विनाभाव अर्थात् 'बिना होने की दशा', न होना
adhanyeluckless, as I am voc. fem, Rādhā's word for herself; sandhi adhanye 'dhunā = adhanye + adhunāहे अभागिनी — राधा अपने को ही सम्बोधित करती हैं; सन्धि 'अधन्येऽधुना' = अधन्ये + अधुना
adhunānow, in this present hourअब, इस समय
kaṁsāreḥ — of Kaṁsāri (Kṛṣṇa); avaloka-maṅgala-vinābhāvāt — because I am deprived of the blessing of a glimpse of him; adhanye — O luckless me; adhunā — now.
Luckless me — now cut off from even the blessing of one glimpse of Kaṁsāri, Kṛṣṇa the foe of Kaṁsa. That is where Rādhā's speech begins.
An udāharaṇa of vyavasāya — 'vyavasāyas tu sāmarthyasyākhyāpanam udīryate' (v088, ref 100): vyavasāya, one of the sandhy-aṅgas that fill vibhāga 6, is 'the declaration of one's capability (sāmarthya).' Spoken by Rādhikā — 'turning back, bashfully, in Sanskrit' — in the seventh act of Rūpa's play (Vidagdha-Mādhava 7.13). The declared capability is her readiness to give up billions of lives for Kṛṣṇa (spelled out in L4); the following analysis (v090) names it exactly: 'prāṇārbuda-tyāgārtha-sāmānya-kathanād vyavasāyaḥ' — because it is a general declaration of the purpose of surrendering billions of lives, it is vyavasāya.

hata-jīvitenow that my very life is as good as destroyed loc. of circumstance; could also be read as a vocative, 'O ruined life of mine'जब जीवन ही नष्ट हो गया है — ऐसी दशा में; अथवा 'हे मेरे नष्ट जीवन' सम्बोधन के रूप में भी पढ़ा जा सकता है
praṇayitām(my) loving attachment to him acc., the object 'bibhrāṇā' carriesप्रणय अर्थात् प्रेम को — जिसे 'बिभ्राणा' धारण करती है
na ahaṁ sakhi prāṇimino, my friend — I do not (truly) draw breath prāṇimi 1st sg 'I breathe / live'; sakhi voc., 'O friend'हे सखी, मैं साँस नहीं लेती अर्थात् सचमुच जीती नहीं हूँ; प्राणिमि = 'मैं जीती/साँस लेती हूँ', सखि सम्बोधन 'हे सखी'
bibhrāṇā — bearing; praṇayitām — (my) love for him; hata-jīvite — though my life is destroyed; sakhi — O friend; na aham prāṇimi — I do not live.
I still carry my love for him — but with my life all but destroyed. And so, my friend, I am not really living at all.
praṇayitā is her tie of love to Kṛṣṇa; hata-jīvita, 'life struck dead', says the tie now costs her the very living. She keeps the love while the life it feeds on is gone — hence 'I do not truly breathe.'

krūreyaṁ na virodhinī yadi bhaved āśāmayī śṛṅkhalā
na virodhinīwere not standing in my way virodhinī = 'opposing'; the fetter is what blocks her from letting the lives goविरोधिनी न होती अर्थात् बाधा न डालती; विरोधिनी वही है जो उसे प्राणों को त्यागने से रोकती है
yadi bhavetif only it were (not) yadi + optative sets up the wish contrary to fact, answered in L4यदि होती — 'यदि' और विधिलिङ् मिलकर असम्भावना की कामना रचते हैं, जिसका उत्तर L4 में है
āśāmayī śṛṅkhalāthis fetter forged wholly out of hope -mayī = 'made entirely of'; hope itself is the chain (rūpaka)आशा से ही बनी हुई बेड़ी; -मयी अर्थात् 'पूर्णतया उसी से बनी हुई' — आशा ही शृंखला है (रूपक)
iyam āśāmayī śṛṅkhalā — this fetter made wholly of hope; krūrā — cruel; yadi na virodhinī bhavet — if only it were not standing in my way.
There is one cruel chain — a chain forged out of nothing but hope. If only it were not blocking me. It is hope of seeing him that keeps her bound to a life she would gladly drop.
The rūpaka: hope IS a chain (āśāmayī śṛṅkhalā). It is 'cruel' precisely because it is kind — it keeps her alive on the chance of a glimpse of Kṛṣṇa, and so it is the one thing that stops her from letting go. This sets up the conditional resolve declared in L4.

dhruvamfor certain, without a doubtनिश्चय ही
arbudāni apieven billions of them arbuda = a hundred million; api pushes the count to the extremeअर्बुद अर्थात् दस करोड़; 'अपि' गिनती को चरम सीमा तक पहुँचा देता है
tasyafor his sake — Kṛṣṇa's gen. of purpose; refers to Kaṁsāri of L1 (masc., so not to the fem.
tyaktumto give up, to let goत्यागने को
sukhenagladly, with ease instr. adverb; the surrender would cost her nothingसुखपूर्वक — तृतीया क्रियाविशेषण; यह त्याग उसे कुछ भी न पड़ता
utsaheI would have the strength and the will utsah- = 'to be able / eager'; this 'I can and I would' IS the ākhyāpana of sāmarthyaमैं समर्थ और उत्सुक हूँ; उत्सह् = 'समर्थ/उत्सुक होना' — यही 'मैं कर सकती और कर देती' सामर्थ्य का आख्यापन है
tasya — for his sake; prāṇānām arbudāni api — even billions of lives; dhruvam — surely; sukhena — gladly; tyaktum utsahe — I would have the resolve to give up.
For his sake I would surely, and gladly, find the strength to give up even billions of lives. That 'I could and I would' is the whole point: her open declaration of what she is capable of — the vyavasāya the kārikā defined.
utsahe — 'I am able and eager' — is the verse's hinge: a first-person avowal of capacity. Read with L3, it is conditional (if the chain of hope let her), but the declaration of the capability itself stands unconditioned, and that declaration is the sāmarthya-ākhyāpana that makes this vyavasāya (so v090's analysis).
adhunā kaṁsāreḥ avaloka-maṅgala-vinābhāvāt adhanye, hata-jīvite (sati) praṇayitāṁ bibhrāṇā ahaṁ, sakhi, na prāṇimi; iyaṁ krūrā āśāmayī śṛṅkhalā yadi virodhinī na bhavet, tarhi tasya (kṛṣṇasya kṛte) prāṇānāṁ arbudāni api dhruvam sukhena tyaktum utsahe.
Now, cut off from the blessing that even one glimpse of Kaṁsāri, Kṛṣṇa the foe of Kaṁsa, would be — luckless me! — my very life as good as destroyed, I still bear my love for him, and so, my friend, I do not truly draw breath. There is one cruel fetter, a chain forged out of nothing but hope: were it not standing in my way, then for his sake I would surely and gladly find the strength to give up even billions of lives.
An udāharaṇa of vyavasāya, 'the declaration of one's capability (sāmarthya)' — a sandhy-aṅga of vibhāga 6 defined at v088; quoted from Rūpa's Vidagdha-Mādhava 7.13, spoken by Rādhikā as she turns back, bashful, in Sanskrit, avowing her readiness to surrender countless lives for Kṛṣṇa.
