janita-kamala-lakṣmī-vibhrame netravīthīṁ
janita-kamala-lakṣmī-vibhramewhich had conjured the graceful play of lotus-beauty bahuvrīhi describing aṁśuke (L2); part of the locative-absolute clauseजिस (वस्त्र) पर कमलों की शोभा का विलास उत्पन्न कर दिया गया था — ऐसे वस्त्र में (बहुव्रीहि, अंशुक का विशेषण)
netravīthīṁinto the pathway of [Rādhā's] eyes accusative, the goal reached by 'having come' (gatavati, L2)नेत्रों के मार्ग को (जिस तक वह वस्त्र आ पहुँचा — कर्म)
janita-kamala-lakṣmī-vibhrame — [in the garment] that had conjured the graceful play of lotus-beauty; netravīthīṁ — into the pathway of [Rādhā's] eyes … (the clause is completed in L2)
Kṛṣṇa's upper cloth — the one that shows off a loveliness like a spread of lotuses — drifts into Rādhā's line of sight. This line begins a 'when…' clause that finishes in the next line.
An udāharaṇa of krama, 'the knowing of another's hidden mood', the sandhy-aṅga defined in kārikā 85 (nc.6.62: bhāva-jñānaṁ kramaḥ). Navavṛndā, speaking aside (svagatam) in the sixth act of the Nava-vṛndā (6.25), watches Rādhā's uncontrollable transformation at the sight of Kṛṣṇa's garment and so reads Rādhā's concealed love — that reading of the inner bhāva is krama.

gatavati cira-kālād aṁśuke kaṁsa-hantuḥ |
gatavatiwhen it had come — the pivot of the 'when…' clause locative-absolute participle governing aṁśukeजब (वह वस्त्र) आ पहुँचा — ऐसा होने पर (सति-सप्तमी, अंशुक के साथ)
cira-kālātafter a long time ablative of elapsed timeबहुत समय बीत जाने के बाद (पञ्चमी — बीते हुए काल का)
aṁśukethe garment, being what came into view locative, the subject of the absoluteवस्त्र के (सति-सप्तमी का कर्ता — जिसके आ पहुँचने पर)
kaṁsa-hantuḥof the slayer of Kaṁsa, that is, Kṛṣṇa genitive with aṁśukeकंस के वध करने वाले (कृष्ण) का — यह वस्त्र जिसका है (षष्ठी, अंशुक के साथ)
kaṁsa-hantuḥ aṁśuke — when the garment of the slayer of Kaṁsa, Kṛṣṇa; cira-kālāt — after a long time; janita-kamala-lakṣmī-vibhrame (L1) netravīthīṁ (L1) gatavati — had come into the pathway of [her] eyes
It is Kṛṣṇa's own garment, and she is seeing it after a long, long while. This whole first half — 'when Kṛṣṇa's garment came into Rādhā's eye-path after so long' — is the setting; the result comes in the second half.
Why cited: The occasion within the udāharaṇa: only a glimpse of the beloved's garment, seen after long separation, is enough to trigger the change that Navavṛndā will read.

She strains hard to hide it, but the change is impossible to cover up. Even her strongest efforts cannot mask it.
Why cited: The tell-tale point: the transformation is beyond concealment even by great effort, which is precisely what lets Navavṛndā perceive Rādhā's inner mood (krama).

hanta rādhā atula-bādhāṁ vikṛtim dadhāti — हाय!
Alas — Rādhā is overcome by a transformation of unequalled torment. That involuntary vikṛti, betraying itself despite all her efforts, is the sign from which Navavṛndā knows Rādhā's hidden love.
vikṛti here is the sāttvika-vikāra — the involuntary bodily change (trembling, tears, horripilation and the like) that erupts from an overwhelming inner emotion and cannot be willed away. It is the outward sign that makes another's bhāva legible, and so grounds the krama being illustrated.

When the garment of Kṛṣṇa, the slayer of Kaṁsa — a cloth that conjures up a loveliness like a spread of lotuses — came into the pathway of Rādhā's eyes after so long a time, alas, she was seized by a transformation of unequalled torment, one impossible to cover up even by no small efforts.
An udāharaṇa of krama ('reading another's hidden mood', the sandhy-aṅga of kārikā 85): watching Rādhā's uncontrollable, unconcealable change at the mere sight of Kṛṣṇa's garment, Navavṛndā (aside, Nava-vṛndā 6.25) reads her concealed love.
