cetaḥthe heart — Hari's, named just after (subject of this reported hope)चित्त — मन, हृदय

'Hari's heart has turned toward the one worn down with grief, melting into wave upon wave of compassion.' This runs as a reported hope — the line above is the content of it, and iti closes it off in the next line.
An udāharaṇa of virodhaḥ, a sandhy-aṅga defined in the preceding kārikā (nc.6.42, ref 72: 'yatra vyasanam āyāti virodhaḥ sa nigadyate' — 'wherever a calamity comes in, that is called virodha, conflict'). Here the calamity (vyasana) is the pain of separation, which shatters Rādhā's whole hope of beholding Hari; Rūpa's own closing remark (ref 73) marks the virodha as plain. Spoken by Rādhikā, quoted from the same play cited just above (3.27).

ity ābhīra-nata-bhruvāṁ tvai bhavad āloka-sambhāvanā |
ityso [ran that hope] — closing the reported thought of the line above iti, the quotation-marker; it caps L1 as the content of the sambhāvanā'इति' — इस प्रकार; उद्धरण का चिह्न, जो ऊपर कही बात (L1) को सम्भावना की विषयवस्तु बना देता है
ābhīra-nata-bhruvāṁheld by the arch-browed cowherd women (the gopīs) genitive plural — whose expectation it is; ābhīra 'cowherd' + nata-bhrū 'with curved brows'टेढ़ी भौंहोंवाली गोपियों की (जिनकी यह आशा है) — 'आभीर' अर्थात् गोप-कुल की, 'नत-भ्रू' अर्थात् झुकी हुई भौंहोंवाली
tvairesting on you locative (tvayi) — where the hope is fixed; cited form tvaiतुझमें (जहाँ यह आशा टिकी है; तुझ पर स्थित) — उद्धृत रूप 'त्वै', अर्थात् 'त्वयि'
bhavad āloka-sambhāvanāwas the expectation of beholding you bhavat 'you' (respectful) + āloka 'sight' + sambhāvanā 'reckoning, expectation'; nom. — the topic that L4 resumes as utsavamआपके दर्शन की सम्भावना, अर्थात् आशा — 'भवत्' अर्थात् आप (आदरपूर्वक), 'आलोक' अर्थात् दर्शन, 'सम्भावना' अर्थात् आशा, प्रत्याशा
iti — so ran the hope; ābhīra-nata-bhruvām — of the arch-browed cowherd women; tvayi — resting on you; bhavad-āloka-sambhāvanā — the expectation of beholding you.
So ran the hope of the arch-browed cowherd women — an expectation fixed on you, the hope of beholding you at last. That very hope was the festival of my good fortune (the last line picks it up again as 'that festival').

marma-grantha-vikṛntana-vyasaninī taṁ tādṛśaṁ vairiṇī
marma-grantha-vikṛntana-vyasaninīobsessed with slicing through the knots of my tender core fem. nom. epithet of viraha-vyathā (L4); marma 'vital/tender spot' + grantha 'knot' + vikṛntana 'cutting' + vyasaninī 'addicted to'मर्मस्थल की गाँठ को काट डालने की व्यसनी (विरहवेदना का विशेषण) — 'मर्म' अर्थात् कोमल प्राण-स्थान, 'ग्रन्थ' अर्थात् गाँठ, 'विकृन्तन' अर्थात् काटना, 'व्यसनिनी' अर्थात् जिसे इसकी लत लगी है
taṁ tādṛśaṁthat festival, such as it was acc. masc. — pointing ahead to mad-bhāgadheya-utsavam, the object of na sahateउस वैसे को (आगे 'मेरे भाग्य के उत्सव' की ओर संकेत, जो 'न सहते' का कर्म है)
vairiṇīan enemy fem. nom. — the second epithet of viraha-vyathāबैरिन, शत्रु-स्त्री (विरहवेदना का दूसरा विशेषण)
taṁ tādṛśam — that festival, just as it was; vairiṇī — an enemy; marma-grantha-vikṛntana-vyasaninī — obsessed with slicing through the knots of my tender core.
That festival, such as it was — this enemy will not let it stand. She is an enemy hooked on one thing: cutting clean through the tender knots of my heart.
marma-grantha, 'the knot of the vital spot', is the image of a heart bound tight around its dearest hope; the pain of separation is personified as a vairiṇī, a female foe, whose one addiction (vyasana) is to slash that knot apart — the same word-root (vyasana) that names the calamity in the virodha definition.

"Hari's heart has melted toward the one worn down with grief, flooded with wave upon wave of compassion" — such was the hope of us arch-browed cowherd women, an expectation fixed on you alone, the hope of beholding you at last. But that very festival of my good fortune, such as it was, this cruel pain of separation will not let stand — an enemy hooked on one thing, slicing clean through the knots that bind my tender heart.
