calākṣi-guru-lokataḥ sphurati tāvad antarbhayaṁ
calākṣi-guru-lokataḥbecause of the ever-watchful elders — cala-akṣi 'with roving, restless eyes', guru-loka the family elders and guardians; they are what the dread comes from ablative in -taḥ, 'from / on account of'; calākṣi describes the guru-loka, 'the sharp-eyed superiors'चंचल नेत्रों वाले गुरुजनों के कारण
sphuratithrobs, keeps quivering up in meस्फुरित होता है, उठ आता है
tāvat[only] so long — the first of two tāvats, both answered by yāvat na in L4 correlative with yāvat na of L4: 'so long … as long as not …', i.e. 'only until'तभी तक (आगे L4 के 'जब तक नहीं' से जुड़ा)
antar-bhayaṁan inner fear, a dread deep inside me antar 'within' + bhaya 'fear'; nominative, the subject of sphuratiभीतर का भय (इसी क्रिया का कर्ता)
calākṣi-guru-lokataḥ — because of the ever-watchful elders; antar-bhayaṁ — an inner dread; tāvat sphurati — throbs [only] so long.
Rādhā speaks this aside, to herself. Deep inside me a dread keeps quivering up — fear of the elders, those guardians whose eyes never stop roving. But (as the next lines pin down) it lasts only up to a certain point.
An udāharaṇa of udbheda — 'the breaking-open of the [love-]seed' (bījasya udghātaḥ), a sandhy-aṅga (a limb of one of the play's junctures; in standard dramaturgy an aṅga of the pratimukha-sandhi, the second juncture). Its lakṣaṇa is the kārikā just defined, nc.6.19 (ref 59): bījasya tu ya udghātaḥ sa udbheda iti smṛtaḥ, 'the breaking-open of the seed is remembered as udbheda.' Where the earlier seed lay hidden and closed up, udbheda is the moment it bursts into the open. Per the applicability given at the head of the next unit (nc.6.21): here the previously closed-up love-seed (saṁvṛtta anurāga-bīja) is broken open by Rādhā's own mouth (svamukhena) — this aside is that bursting. Quoted from Lalita-Mādhava, act two (2.26), spoken by Rādhikā apavārya, 'aside', in Sanskrit.

kula-sthitir alaṁ tu me manasi tāvad unmīlati |
kula-sthitiḥfamily propriety, the honor and standing of my house — what a well-born girl owes her family nominative, second subject; sthiti here 'the settled proper order' of the kulaकुल की मर्यादा, कुल की स्थिर व्यवस्था (दूसरा कर्ता)
alaṁin full force, strongly here an intensifier, 'greatly / fully' — not the 'enough!' sense of alamपूरी तरह, अत्यन्त (यहाँ 'बस!'
tuand — linking this second surge to the fear of L1परन्तु
me manasiin my mind locative, where it risesमेरे मन में (जहाँ यह उभरती है)
tāvat[again] only so long — the second tāvat, still answered by yāvat na of L4तभी तक
unmīlatiopens up, dawns vividly, rises into viewउन्मीलित होती है, उभर आती है
kula-sthitiḥ tu — and family propriety; me manasi — in my mind; alaṁ — in full force; tāvat unmīlati — dawns [only] so long.
And along with the fear, thought of my family's honor rises up strong in my mind — everything a daughter of a good house is bound to. So both well up in me: the dread and the scruple. But — the second tāvat repeats it — only so long as one thing has not yet happened.

calan-makara-kuṇḍala-sphurita-phulla-gaṇḍa-sthalaṁ
calan-makara-kuṇḍalahis swinging makara-shaped earrings — calat 'swaying to and fro', makara-kuṇḍala the sea-creature ear-ornamentsहिलते हुए मकर-कुण्डल (मछली के आकार के कुण्डल)
sphurita-phulla-gaṇḍa-sthalaṁwhose cheek-surfaces they set aglitter and abloom — sphurita 'made to flash', phulla 'blossoming, full', gaṇḍa-sthala 'the expanse of the cheeks' the whole of L3 is one long adjective agreeing with vaktrāmbujam (L4, neuter acc.): 'the face whose cheeks the swaying earrings light up'जिसके खिले हुए गाल-प्रदेश उन कुण्डलों से प्रकाशित हैं — ऐसा (मुख, L4 के मुख-कमल का विशेषण)
calan-makara-kuṇḍala-sphurita-phulla-gaṇḍa-sthalaṁ — [the face] whose cheek-surfaces the swaying makara earrings set aglitter and abloom.
Now she pictures his face. His makara-shaped earrings swing to and fro, and where they catch the light they set his cheeks flashing and make them seem to bloom. This whole line is one description hung on the lotus-face named in the next line.

na yāvad aparokṣatām idam apaiti vaktrāmbujam
na yāvatas long as … not — the yāvat that answers both tāvats above, closing the 'only until' frame tāvat … yāvat na idiom: 'X holds only until Y'; here fear and scruple hold only until his face comes into viewजब तक नहीं (तभी तक …
aparokṣatāmthe state of standing directly before the eyes, of being right there in plain sight accusative governed by apaiti in the idiom '-tām apaiti' = 'passes into that state' (cf. nāśam apaiti 'perishes')प्रत्यक्षता को, आँखों के सामने आ जाने की दशा को
idamthis — pointing to the face right in front of her neuter, agreeing with vaktrāmbujamयह (मुख-कमल का विशेषण)
apaiticomes into, arrives at apa-i in the fixed idiom -tām apaiti, 'attains that condition'; here 'comes into direct view'प्राप्त हो जाता है, अर्थात् सीधे सामने आ जाता है
vaktrāmbujamhis lotus-face — vaktra 'face' + ambuja 'lotus' neuter nominative, the subject; qualified by all of L3मुख-कमल (यही कर्ता, L3 से विशेषित)
yāvat idam vaktrāmbujam — as long as this lotus-face [of L3]; aparokṣatām na apaiti — has not [yet] come into direct view.
And here is that one thing. All this fear and family-scruple hold only so long as his lotus-face has not yet come right before my eyes. The unspoken turn is the whole point: the moment it does come into view — cheeks aglow, made to bloom by the swaying makara earrings — the dread and the scruple are swept away. At the sight of him the hidden love-seed bursts open. That bursting-open is udbheda.
yāvat idam calan-makara-kuṇḍala-sphurita-phulla-gaṇḍa-sthalaṁ vaktra-ambujam aparokṣatām na apaiti, tāvat me manasi calākṣi-guru-lokataḥ antar-bhayaṁ sphurati, tāvat kula-sthitiḥ tu alaṁ unmīlati.
Only so long as this lotus-face of his — its cheeks set aglitter and abloom by the swaying makara earrings — has not yet come right before my eyes, only that long does an inner dread keep quivering up in me, born of the sharp-eyed family elders; and only that long does the honor of my house rise up full-force in my mind. (The unspoken turn is the whole point: the instant that face comes into view, dread and scruple alike are swept away.)
An udāharaṇa of udbheda, the 'breaking-open of the love-seed' (nc.6.19); quoted from Lalita-Mādhava 2.26, spoken by Rādhikā as an aside — her hidden anurāga bursts open from her own mouth at the sight of Kṛṣṇa's face.
