sa eṣa kim u gopikā-kumudinī-sudhā-dīdhitiḥ
sa eṣaḥthis very one, right here — the man Lalitā has just pointed out sa eṣaḥ, emphatic 'this same one'; anaphora — it opens all of the first three linesयही वह (कृष्ण) — 'यही, यही' कहकर विस्मय से बार-बार संकेत
kim ucan he really be — a question of wonder, half-doubting what she seesक्या यही है — विस्मयपूर्ण प्रश्न
gopikā-kumudinī-sudhā-dīdhitiḥthe nectar-rayed moon (sudhā-dīdhiti, 'whose beams are nectar') for the night-lilies (kumudinī) that are the gopīs — the moon that alone makes them openगोपियोंरूपी कुमुदिनी को खिलानेवाला अमृतमयी किरणोंवाला चन्द्रमा
sa eṣaḥ — this very one; kim u — can he really be; gopikā-kumudinī-sudhā-dīdhitiḥ — the nectar-rayed moon for the night-lily gopīs?
There he is — can this really be the moon of the gopīs? The gopīs are night-blooming lilies; they open only at moonrise. Is he that moon, whose cool nectar-beams wake them?
An udāharaṇa of paribhāvanā — 'the mind's astonishment stirred by heaps of praiseworthy virtues,' the sandhy-aṅga defined just above at 6.16 (kārikā 58). Here Rādhā, in a rapture (unmāda), marvels at Kṛṣṇa whom Lalitā has just pointed out as her prāṇa-nātha; her wonder at his beauty is the paribhāvanā. Verse cited from the same play's first act, source ref 1.53.

gokula-sphurita-yauvarājyotsavaḥthe festival (utsava) of the crown-princehood (yauva-rājya) that has blazed forth (sphurita) over Gokula — Gokula's young prince, whose very presence is the town's festivalगोकुल में प्रकट हुए युवराज-पद का उत्सव

dṛśor dvayīmthe pair of my eyes — both my eyes together, the thing he drenches dṛśoḥ, genitive dual 'of the two eyes'; dvayīm the accusative object — 'the pair,' i.e. both at onceदोनों नेत्रों को — आँखों का युगल, दोनों एक साथ

kṛśodari — O slender-waisted friend; [saḥ] — he; amṛta-vīcibhiḥ — with waves of nectar; dṛśor dvayīm — the pair of my eyes; siñcati — drenches.
O my slender friend — whoever he is, he floods both my eyes with waves of nectar! Simply looking at him bathes my eyes in nectar. Three times she asks 'can it be?' and cannot name him; the one thing she is sure of is the flood of joy he pours into her eyes — and that astonishment is the paribhāvanā.
