kula-varatanu-dharma-grāva-vṛndāni bhindan
kula-varatanu-dharma-grāva-vṛndānithe massed heaps of stone (grāva-vṛnda) that are the chaste honor, the family-dharma (dharma), of the fair-bodied women (varatanu) of good households (kula) accusative plural, object of bhindan; a rūpaka — the women's virtue is figured as heaps of solid rockकुलीन सुन्दरियों के सतीत्व रूपी पत्थरों के समूहों को (जिन्हें वह तोड़ता है) — यहाँ स्त्रियों का धर्म ठोस शिलाओं के रूप में रूपकित है
bhindanshattering [them] — the present participle that drives the whole sentence nominative singular, agreeing with the subject ayam … viśva-karmā of L3तोड़ता हुआ — यह कर्तृवाचक वर्तमान कृदन्त आगे (L3) आने वाले कर्ता 'अयम् विश्वकर्मा' का विशेषण है
kula-varatanu-dharma-grāva-vṛndāni — the heaps of stone that are the chaste honor of the noble women of good families; bhindan — shattering [them] (agreeing with ayam viśva-karmā, L3).
Rādhā, at her first sight of Kṛṣṇa, breaks into speech, struck with wonder. See — this one is shattering what stand like solid heaps of stone: the chaste honor, the family-dharma, of every fair-bodied woman of a good household.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of paribhāvanā, the sandhy-aṅga defined in the previous kārikā (nc.6.16, kārikā 58) as citta-camatkāraḥ … ślāghyair guṇaughaiḥ — 'the mind's wonder aroused by praiseworthy floods of qualities.' The lead-in marks this fit exactly: Rādhā speaks sacamatkāram, 'with wonder,' overwhelmed at Kṛṣṇa's flood of beauty. The whole verse is one sustained rūpaka (metaphor): Kṛṣṇa is an unheard-of Viśvakarmā, the divine sculptor-architect (L3); his sharp long sidelong glances are the sculptor's chisels (L2); the chastity of noble women is the stone those chisels break (L1); and his own emerald-dark luster is the lakhs of emeralds with which he raises up the whole cowherd-village (L4). The camatkāra turns on a paradox — a sculptor's chisel carves stone to build, but this one at once shatters the 'stone' of women's resolve and builds an emerald precinct. Quoted from the Lalita-Mādhava, act one (ref 52).

sumukhi — O fair-faced one; niśita-dīrgha-apāṅga-ṭaṅka-cchaṭābhiḥ — with the flashing bursts of the chisels that are his sharp, long sidelong glances (means of bhindan, L1).
O fair-faced friend — and look what he shatters them with: the flashing bursts of his chisels, which are his sharp, long sidelong glances. A sculptor's chisel bites into rock; his glances bite through their resolve.
apāṅga is the outer corner of the eye, hence the sidelong or sweeping glance; niśita ('whetted, sharp') and dīrgha ('long') keep the chisel-figure alive, since the very glance that seems a soft, long look is the hard, sharpened tool that breaks the stone.

puraḥ — before us; ayam apūrvaḥ kaḥ viśva-karmā — who is this unprecedented Viśvakarmā; yugapad — [doing it] all at once.
Who can he be? Some unprecedented Viśvakarmā, the divine craftsman, standing right here before us — and doing it all at once, breaking and building in a single stroke.
Viśvakarmā is the architect and artificer of the gods, the maker of celestial buildings and weapons; to call Kṛṣṇa an apūrva, never-before Viśvakarmā is to say no ordinary craftsman ever worked like this. The adverb yugapad is load-bearing: an ordinary sculptor either breaks stone or raises a building, but this one does both in the same instant — that simultaneity is the marvel Rādhā's wonder rests on.

And with lakhs of emeralds he is raising up the whole precinct of the cowherd-village — his own dark emerald radiance flooding Vraja, as though a sculptor were piling an emerald palace into being before our eyes.
cinoti (√ci, 'to gather, heap, build') completes the Viśvakarmā-figure: the same craftsman who shatters stone with his glance-chisels (L1–L2) here constructs an emerald edifice. The 'lakhs of emeralds' are Kṛṣṇa's own dark-green (marakata) bodily luster spreading over the goṣṭha; the paired accusatives grāva-vṛndāni bhindan (breaking) and goṣṭha-kakṣāṁ cinoti (building), joined by yugapad, close the paradox that makes the verse a fit illustration of paribhāvanā.
