ullāsayan sumanasāṁ paritaḥ kalāpaṁ
ullāsayanmaking [them] burst into bloom, lighting them up with delight present participle, nominative — agrees with mādhavaḥ ayam in L4; governs kalāpam as its objectप्रफुल्लित (उल्लसित) करते हुए — यह मादव के विषय में कही पहली बात; कलाप इसका कर्म है
sumanasāṁof the flowers — and, in the second reading, of the good-hearted genitive plural; śleṣa — sumanas means both 'flower' and 'a good-minded person'सुमनों का — श्लेष: 'सुमन' अर्थात् फूल भी, और सुहृदय (भले मनवाले) जन भी
paritaḥon every side, all aroundचारों ओर
kalāpaṁthe whole mass, the full array — here the mass of flowers he brings out accusative, object of ullāsayan; sumanasāṁ kalāpam = the mass of flowers / the assembly of the good-heartedसमूह को (कर्म) — सुमनसां कलापम् = फूलों का समूह / सज्जनों का समुदाय
ayam mādhavaḥ (from L4) — this Mādhava; paritaḥ — all around; sumanasāṁ kalāpam — the mass of flowers (and the assembly of the good-hearted); ullāsayan — making bloom, gladdening.
This Mādhava, as he arrives, makes the whole mass of flowers open out on every side. The verse runs on a double sense: sumanas is at once 'flower' and 'good-hearted person'. So the same words say two things — the spring brings the flowers into bloom, and Kṛṣṇa gladdens every good heart around him.
An udāharaṇa of pravartaka — 'the undertaking that is set in motion by the fitting time' — the sandhy-aṅga (a limb of the opening juncture) defined in kārikā 24 (nc.4.17): ākṣiptaṁ kāla-sāmyena pravṛttiḥ syāt pravartakam. Here a sakhī tells Rādhā that Mādhava has come; because the season is now ripe (kāla-sāmya), the love-affair is set going — exactly the pravṛtti prompted by a suitable time. The whole verse turns on a śleṣa: mādhava names both Kṛṣṇa and the spring season, so every phrase reads twice.

saṁvardhayan sapadi vaibhavam uddhavasya |
saṁvardhayanswelling it, making it grow greater present participle, nominative — second thing said of mādhavaḥ; governs vaibhavamबढ़ाते हुए — मादव के विषय में दूसरी बात; वैभव इसका कर्म है
sapadiat once, in an instantतत्काल / देखते ही देखते
vaibhavamthe grandeur, the splendor accusative, object of saṁvardhayanवैभव को (कर्म) — ऐश्वर्य, महिमा, विस्तार
uddhavasyaof the festival — and, in the second reading, of Uddhava genitive; śleṣa — uddhava means both 'a festivity, festival' and the name of Kṛṣṇa's friend Uddhavaउद्धव का — श्लेष: 'उद्धव' अर्थात् उत्सव भी, और कृष्ण के सखा उद्धव भी
sapadi — in an instant; uddhavasya vaibhavam — the splendor of the festival (of Uddhava); saṁvardhayan — swelling it.
In an instant he swells the splendor of the uddhava. On the spring reading, uddhava is the seasonal festivity, and Mādhava makes its grandeur grow. On the Kṛṣṇa reading, Uddhava is the friend's name, and Mādhava heightens Uddhava's glory. The one line carries both at once.

dhīraṁ numer api mano madayan samantād
numer apieven of Numi — even his mind, hard as it is to move numeḥ, genitive (the steady mind belongs to Numi); api = 'even', marking how firm he isनुमि का भी — 'नुमेः' षष्ठी (यह धीर मन नुमि का है); 'भी' यह दिखाने के लिए कि वह कितना दृढ़ है
madayanintoxicating it, driving it wild present participle, nominative — third thing said of mādhavaḥमत्त (उन्मत्त) करते हुए — मादव के विषय में तीसरी बात
numeḥ api — even of Numi; dhīraṁ manaḥ — the steadfast mind; samantāt — utterly, on every side; madayan — intoxicating it.
And he maddens, through and through, even the steadfast mind of Numi. The coming of Mādhava — spring, and Kṛṣṇa — unsettles even a mind that will not ordinarily be moved. That is the mark that the season of love has really arrived: firmness itself gives way.

ānandano milati sundari mādhavo’yam ||
ānandanothe joy-giver, the one who brings delight nominative, epithet of mādhavaḥआनन्द देने वाला — मादव का विशेषण
milatiis arriving, comes to meet [us] 3rd person singular present — the main verb the three participles hang onमिल रहा है / आ रहा है — मुख्य क्रिया, जिस पर तीनों क्रियापद (उल्लासयन्, संवर्धयन्, मादयन्) टिके हैं
sundariO lovely one! — the sakhī calling to Rādhā vocativeहे सुन्दरी!
mādhavo’yamthis Mādhava — Kṛṣṇa, and equally the spring season mādhavaḥ ayam; the headline śleṣa — mādhava is both a name of Kṛṣṇa and a name of vasanta, the springयह मादव — मादवः अयम्; मुख्य श्लेष: 'मादव' कृष्ण का भी नाम और वसन्त ऋतु का भी
sundari — O lovely one; ayam mādhavaḥ — this Mādhava; ānandanaḥ — the joy-giver; milati — is arriving.
"O lovely one — this Mādhava, the joy-giver, is here!" Everything turns on the word mādhava: it is a name of Kṛṣṇa and a name of the spring alike. So the sakhī's announcement lands twice over — the season of Mādhava has come, and Kṛṣṇa Mādhava himself has come to meet you.
This is where the double reading is sealed. mādhava names both Kṛṣṇa and vasanta, the spring; so 'this Mādhava is arriving' is at once 'the spring has come' and 'Kṛṣṇa has come'. The arrival of the right season is precisely what sets the plot going — the pravṛtti prompted by kāla-sāmya that makes this verse an udāharaṇa of pravartaka.
he sundari, ayam ānandanaḥ mādhavaḥ — paritaḥ sumanasāṁ kalāpam ullāsayan, sapadi uddhavasya vaibhavaṁ saṁvardhayan, numeḥ api dhīraṁ manaḥ samantād madayan — milati.
O lovely one, this Mādhava — the joy-giver — is here! All around he makes the whole mass of flowers burst into bloom; in an instant he swells the splendor of the festival; and through and through he maddens even the steadfast mind of Numi. Every word turns on a śleṣa: mādhava is at once Kṛṣṇa and the spring, sumanas at once 'flower' and 'good-hearted person', uddhava at once 'festivity' and the friend's name — so the sakhī's single announcement says twice over that the season of Mādhava, and Kṛṣṇa Mādhava himself, has come.
An udāharaṇa of pravartaka — the undertaking set in motion by a fitting season (kāla-sāmya) — the sandhy-aṅga of the opening juncture defined in kārikā 24; a sakhī, telling Rādhā that Mādhava has arrived, shows the plot set going by the ripe time, on a headline śleṣa of Mādhava as both Kṛṣṇa and spring.
