११०- रोऽसुपि।110. ro'supi.रः प्रथमान्तम्, असुपि सप्तम्यन्तं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।raḥ ends in the nominative (prathamā), asupi ends in the locative (saptamī); this sūtra has two words.अहन् से अहन् की षष्ठीविभक्ति में विपरिणाम करके अनुवृत्ति आती है।The anuvṛtti of ahan comes with a transformation of ahan into the genitive (ṣaṣṭhī) case.
अहन् शब्द के अन्त्य नकार के स्थान पर रेफ आदेश होता है, किन्तु सुप् परे होने पर नहीं।In place of the final nakāra of the word ahan a repha is substituted, but not when a sup follows.
अलोऽन्त्यस्य-परिभाषा के बल पर अहन् के अन्त्य वर्ण के स्थान पर रेफ आदेश होगा किन्तु उस रेफ से परे सुप् विभक्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए।On the strength of the paribhāṣā alo'ntyasya, the repha will be substituted in place of the final letter of ahan, but a sup vibhakti must not follow that repha.यह सूत्र अहन् के नकार के स्थान पर रु आदेश करने वाले अहन् इस सूत्र का बाधक है।This sūtra sets aside (bādhaka) the sūtra ahan, which effects the ru substitution in place of the nakāra of ahan.
अहरहः।aharahaḥ.प्रतिदिन।Day by day.अहन्+अहन् में नित्यवीप्सयोः से अहन् को द्वित्व हुआ है और सु विभक्ति का स्वमोर्नपुंसकात् से लुक् हुआ है।In ahan+ahan, ahan is doubled by nityavīpsayoḥ, and the su vibhakti undergoes luk by svamornapuṁsakāt.रोऽसुपि से दोनों नकारों के स्थान पर रेफ आदेश हुआ तो अहर्+अहर् बना।By ro'supi the repha is substituted in place of both nakāras, yielding ahar+ahar.प्रथम का रेफ द्वितीय अहन् के साथ मिला, अहरहर् बना।The repha of the first joins with the second ahan, yielding aharahar.द्वितीय रेफ का अवसान परे होने के कारण खरवसानयोविसर्जनीयः से विसर्ग आदेश होकर अहरहः सिद्ध हुआ।Since the second repha is followed by a pause (avasāna), it is substituted by visarga through kharavasānayor visarjanīyaḥ, and aharahaḥ is established.
अहर्गणः।ahargaṇaḥ.दिनों का समूहः।A collection of days.अहन्+गणः में रोऽसुपि से अहन् के नकार के स्थान पर रेफ आदेश हुआ।In ahan+gaṇaḥ, by ro'supi the repha is substituted in place of the nakāra of ahan.अहर्+गणः बना।ahar+gaṇaḥ is formed.रेफ का ऊर्ध्वगमन हुआ, अहर्गणः सिद्ध हुआ।The repha moves upward, and ahargaṇaḥ is established.यहाँ पर अवसान भी नहीं है और खर् परे भी नहीं है।Here there is neither a pause (avasāna) nor a following khar.अतः रेफ का विसर्ग नहीं हुआ।Therefore the repha does not become visarga.
