asmin bhaya-ratiḥ sthāyī bhāvaḥ syād aparādhataḥ |
asminin this [rasa of fear] locative — the rasa just under discussionइसमें, अर्थात् अभी जिस रस की चर्चा है उसमें
bhaya-ratiḥfear-rati — the loving attachment now taking the colour of fearभय-रति (भय के प्रति रति)
sthāyī bhāvaḥis the standing, foundational emotion (the sthāyi-bhāva)स्थायी भाव है

aparādhataḥarising from offense ablative of cause — fear here springs from having offendedअपराध के कारण (यह भय अपराध से उत्पन्न होता है)
asmin — in this rasa; bhaya-ratiḥ — fear-rati; sthāyī bhāvaḥ syāt — would be the standing emotion; aparādhataḥ — arising from offense.
In this rasa the sthāyi-bhāva — the steady base emotion that everything else colours — is bhaya-rati, love turned to fear. And Rūpa fixes its source: this fear comes from aparādha, from having given offense.
L4definition

And in that rasa the offending itself takes many forms. The offense is committed against the bhīṣaṇas, the fearsome ones — and it can happen in many different ways.

anugrāhya-janān vināexcept in the people who are to be shown grace vinā governs the accusative — the sole exceptionअनुग्रह के योग्य जनों को छोड़कर (यही एकमात्र अपवाद है)
taj-jā bhīḥ — the fear born from that offense; anugrāhya-janān vinā — except in the people to be shown grace; na aparatra syāt — would not arise anywhere else.
The fear that is born from that offense does not spring up just anywhere. It arises only in the anugrāhya-janas — the people who are marked out to receive the Lord's grace.
L6definition

ākṛtyā yethose who [are fearsome] by their outward form instrumental of means — the trait that makes them fearsomeजो अपनी आकृति के द्वारा (भयंकर हैं)
prakṛtyā yethose who are so by their nature, their dispositionजो अपने स्वभाव के द्वारा (भयंकर हैं)
ye prabhāveṇathose who are so by their powerजो अपने प्रभाव के द्वारा (भयंकर हैं)
bhīṣaṇāḥthese are the fearsome onesभयंकर हैं (वे भीषण कहलाते हैं)
ye ākṛtyā — those by form; ye prakṛtyā — those by nature; ye prabhāveṇa — those by power; bhīṣaṇāḥ — are the fearsome ones.
Rūpa now sorts the fearsome ones into three kinds: some are frightening by their very form, some by their nature or temperament, and some by the sheer power they wield.

bhīṣaṇebhyo bhayānakāsurebhyaḥ aparādhitā aparādho bahuvidho bhavati ||
bhīṣaṇebhyaḥthe mūla's word 'against the fearsome ones' — pratika: the lemma from L4 he is about to unpack'भीषणेभ्यः' — मूल का यही पद अब खोला जा रहा है
bhayānaka-asurebhyaḥmeans: against the terror-inspiring demonsअर्थात् भयंकर असुरों के प्रति
aparādhitāand the mūla's word 'aparādhitā' — pratika: the second lemma from L4'अपराधिता' — मूल का दूसरा पद
aparādhaḥmeans simply the offense itselfअर्थात् अपराध
bahuvidhaḥ bhavatiand this becomes of many kindsअनेक प्रकार का होता है
bhīṣaṇebhyaḥ — 'against the fearsome ones' = bhayānaka-asurebhyaḥ, against the terrifying demons; aparādhitā — 'the offending' = aparādhaḥ, the offense; bahuvidhaḥ bhavati — it comes to be of many kinds.
Viśvanātha fixes the two hard words of L4. The 'fearsome ones' he identifies as the terrifying demons, the bhayānaka-asuras. And 'aparādhitā' he reads plainly as aparādha, offense — an offense that comes to be of many kinds.

tasmāt aparādhātfrom that offense unpacks the 'tat' of the mūla's taj-jā — the offense just namedउस अपराध से — मूल के 'तत्' (तज्जा वाले) को यही खोलता है
jātā bhīḥthe fear that is born (glossing taj-jā bhīḥ)उत्पन्न भय
anugrāhya-bhaktān vināexcept in the devotees who are to be shown grace he reads the mūla's anugrāhya-janān as anugrāhya-bhaktān — the devotees specificallyअनुग्रह के योग्य भक्तों को छोड़कर (मूल के 'अनुग्राह्य-जनान्' को वे 'अनुग्राह्य-भक्तान्', अर्थात् विशेष रूप से भक्त, पढ़ते हैं)
anyatra na syātwould not arise anywhere elseअन्यत्र नहीं होता
tasmāt aparādhāt jātā bhīḥ — the fear born from that offense; anugrāhya-bhaktān vinā — except in the devotees to be shown grace; anyatra na syāt — would not arise anywhere else.
Viśvanātha unpacks L5: the fear born from that offense arises nowhere except in the anugrāhya-bhaktas — and note that he pins 'janān' down to the devotees specifically, those who are to receive grace.
