hanta svakīya-kuca-mūrdhni manoharo’yaṁ
hantaOh! — an exclamation of shock; Jaṭilā's outburst at what she has just spottedअरे!

ayaṁ manoharaḥ [hāraḥ] — this charming necklace; svakīya-kuca-mūrdhni — on the very top of her own breast; hanta — oh!
Oh! Look — this charming necklace, right here on the top of her own breast!
An udāharaṇa of raudra-bhakti-rasa directed nyūne, 'at an inferior' (per the lead-in nyūne, yathā—): the anger of the elder Jaṭilā at her daughter-in-law Rādhā. The verse runs across L1-L2 as one sentence.

hari-kaṇṭha-taṭī-cariṣṇuḥthe one that is forever roaming on the slope of Hari's neck — i.e. whose proper home is Hari's throat -iṣṇu 'given to, wont to'; this is the damning detail — the necklace belongs on Hari, so its being on Rādhā proves the trystजो हरि (कृष्ण) के कण्ठ-प्रदेश पर विचरण करने का अभ्यस्त है (यही तो सन्देह का मूल है — हार हरि के गले का है, फिर राधा के पास कैसे)
hari-kaṇṭha-taṭī-cariṣṇuḥ hāraḥ — the necklace that is forever roaming on the slope of Hari's neck; cakāsti — now gleams [on her breast]
This is the necklace that lives on Hari's neck — and here it is, gleaming on her breast! Its very presence gives the secret away.

bhoḥ paśyata svakula-kajjala-mañjarīyaṁ
bhoḥHey! — Jaṭilā turning to call the others overअरे, सुनो!

bhoḥ paśyata — hey, all of you, look!; svakula-kajjala-mañjarī iyaṁ [vadhūṭī] — this bride, the budding soot-blossom of the family
Hey, everyone, come look! This bride is a blot budding on her own family — soot flowering into disgrace.
kajjala is lamp-black / soot; mañjarī a blossom-cluster. The insult fuses them: a stain 'blossoming' on the family line — Jaṭilā branding her daughter-in-law a growing disgrace.

jhaṭiti ('in a flash') carries the whole scene: Rādhā was trying to whip the tell-tale necklace off before she was seen — and Jaṭilā caught her at it.

hanta itinamely, 'hanta...'
kadācit nija-aṅgāt jhaṭiti śrī-rādhayā avatāritaṁ hari-hāraṁ vīkṣya — one day, having caught sight of Hari's necklace that Rādhā had hastily slipped off her own body; tasyāḥ sakhīṁ prati jaṭilā āha — Jaṭilā said to her girlfriend; hanta iti — namely 'hanta...'

One day Jaṭilā spotted Hari's necklace that Rādhā had hastily slipped off her own body. Turning to Rādhā's girlfriend, she said: 'hanta...'
Viśvanātha's setup matches Jīva's almost word for word, with three small differences left as they stand: he names her Rādhā (not Rādhikā), has Jaṭilā address a single friend (sakhīṁ, sg.), and uses the finite āha, 'said,' where Jīva writes vacanam, 'the words of.'
