dhīraiḥ — by the wise; iha — here; tyāgotsāha-ratiḥ — the loving eagerness to give things up; sthāyī bhāvaḥ — as the standing emotion; uditaḥ — is declared.
The wise declare that here the standing emotion is tyāgotsāha-rati — the loving eagerness to give things up. In the heroic rasa the underlying mood is normally utsāha, zeal; in this branch of it the zeal is specifically the zeal to renounce. That renouncing-zeal, held as a settled love, is the sthāyī-bhāva of this rasa.
sthāyī-bhāva: the one abiding emotion that runs under a whole rasa and gathers the passing feelings into it. This line opens the tyāga-vīra branch of vīra-bhakti-rasa (the heroism of renunciation), whose sthāyī is the eagerness to give up.

Such a wish to give things up, once it has grown full and strong, is what is called tyāgotsāha — eagerness-to-renounce. Two things make it the technical term: it is a wish of a particular kind (tādṛśī, spelled out by the commentators next), and it is mature (prauḍhā), not a passing impulse. When both hold, the wish earns the name tyāgotsāha.
The line defines the term by three marks: the wish is of a specific kind (tādṛśī), it is fully ripened (prauḍhā), and only then is it called tyāgotsāha.

tādṛśī sārṣṭy-ādy-anicchā-mayī ||
tādṛśī"of such a kind" — the word being unpacked from the mūlaवैसी (जिस इच्छा का ऊपर उल्लेख हुआ)
sārṣṭy-ādy-anicchā-mayīmeans: made of the refusal to want sārṣṭi and the rest — i.e. having no wish for the forms of liberation -mayī, "consisting of"; ādi, "and the rest," extends sārṣṭi to the other kinds of mukti; the whole is a bahuvrīhi describing tādṛśī icchāजो सार्ष्टि आदि (मुक्तियों) की अनिच्छा से बनी हो — अर्थात् उन्हें न चाहने-रूप
tādṛśī — "of such a kind" [means]; sārṣṭy-ādy-anicchā-mayī — consisting of the refusal to want sārṣṭi and the other [liberations].
The commentators pin down what "of such a kind" (tādṛśī) means: it is a wish made of not-wanting sārṣṭi and the rest. That is, the devotee's renouncing-zeal is aimed at the very rewards others chase — the kinds of liberation — and refuses them. So the heroism here is turning down mukti itself: giving up sārṣṭi (sharing the Lord's opulence) and the other liberations for the sake of pure devotion.
sārṣṭi: possessing opulence equal to the Lord's — one of the five kinds of mukti (sālokya, sārṣṭi, sārūpya, sāmīpya, sāyujya). "and the rest" (ādi) reaches to the other four. The point: the tyāga here is not of ordinary goods but of liberation itself, which the devotee heroically declines.
