netra-gaṇḍa-vikāśa-kṛtand which makes the eyes and cheeks open out (light up) second bahuvrīhi: 'doer of the blossoming of eyes-and-cheeks'जो नेत्रों और कपोलों को खिला देनेवाला हो
smitam tu — now, as for the smita; alakṣya-daśanam — [it is the smile] in which the teeth are not seen; netra-gaṇḍa-vikāśa-kṛt — [and which] makes the eyes and cheeks blossom.
Now the first grade, the smita. It is a smile so gentle the teeth never show. Its telltale sign is in the face: the eyes and cheeks open out and brighten.

iti skhalad-udīrite — when [it] had been blurted out falteringly; harau kāndiśīke dravati [sati] — when Hari, panic-struck, was bolting away.
He blurts all this out, tripping over the words. Then Hari bolts — panic-struck, running any-which-way.
kāndiśīka: literally one who cries 'kāṁ diśam?' — 'which direction [do I run]?' — hence a person fleeing in blind panic. Both commentators below gloss it simply as bhaya-druta, 'fleeing in fear'.

subalathe word 'subala' [in the verse]'सुबल' (श्लोक का पद)
he suṣṭhu-balaread it as 'O you of great strength!' su- taken as suṣṭhu 'excellent', bala 'strength' — a vocative, not a nameहे उत्तम बलवाले!
iti ... sambodhanamis an address (a calling-out)ऐसा यह सम्बोधन है
kiñcid baliṣṭham jyeṣṭhaṁ bhrātaraṁ pratidirected to a somewhat mightier, elder brotherकिसी अधिक बलवान बड़े भाई के प्रति
na tu subala-saṁjñamnot directed to the one whose name is Subalaन कि 'सुबल' नामवाले के प्रति
tat-sama-vayastvaṁ pratinot to a companion of his own ageऔर न ही उस समान अवस्थावाले (सखा) के प्रति
subala iti — the word subala; he suṣṭhu-bala iti sambodhanam — is the address 'O very strong one!'; kiñcid baliṣṭham jyeṣṭham bhrātaram prati — [spoken] to a somewhat stronger, elder brother; na tu subala-saṁjñam tat-sama-vayastvam prati — not to one named Subala, of his own age.
Jīva reads 'subala' not as a proper name but as a vocative: su-bala, 'O strong one!' On his reading Kṛṣṇa is calling out to a bigger, older brother — someone able to shield him — not to his same-age cowherd friend named Subala.
This is Jīva's distinctive reading, taking the addressee to be a mightier elder brother rather than the friend Subala; Viśvanātha below keeps subala as the friend's name. The commentaries are left unharmonized.

dravati iti — the word dravati; dravasya atiśaya-bodhanāya — [is used] to convey the extreme degree of the fleeing.
Since 'kāndiśīka' already meant fleeing, the extra word 'dravati' is not redundant — it is added to show just how frantically he ran.

Viśvanātha spells out the scene: 'O Subala, where do I go? This wicked old woman has spotted me as the curd-thief and means to catch me — she's running at me full tilt.' He unpacks the verse's didhīrṣantī as two steps: recognizing him, then wanting to grab him.
