taṁ mātuleyaṁ parirabhya nirvṛto
tamhim — the one just arrived, whom he now takes hold of accusative, the object of parirabhya; it also carries over to suhṛt-tamam / acyutam in the second halfउसको — यही कर्म आगे 'सुहृत्तमम्' और 'अच्युतम्' तक चलता रहता है
mātuleyamhis mother's brother's son, that is, his own cousin a relationship word, not an epithet of greatness — it sets the footing as family equals, which is what sakhya needsमामा के पुत्र को, अर्थात् ममेरे भाई को — यह नाता का शब्द है, बड़ाई का नहीं; इसी से बराबरी की भूमि बनती है जो सख्य को चाहिए
parirabhyahaving thrown his arms around him gerund: the embrace comes first, and the state in the next word follows from itभुजाओं में भरकर, गले लगाकर — पहले आलिंगन, और उसी से आगे की दशा आती है
nirvṛtaḥhe was at rest, wanting nothing more — full contentmentपरम तृप्त हो गया, भीतर से ठण्डा और भरा-पूरा हो गया
bhīmaḥ — Bhīma; tam mātuleyam — him, his mother's brother's son; parirabhya — having embraced; nirvṛtaḥ — became fully content.
He embraced him — his own cousin, his mother's brother's son. And with that he was completely at rest. Nothing more was wanted.
Why cited: cited from the Tenth Canto to show tuṣṭi — the settled contentment a friend feels on getting Kṛṣṇa in his arms.
This is the udāharaṇa for tuṣṭi (contentment) as a passing feeling in sakhya-rasa, per the lead-in "tuṣṭir, yathā śrī-daśame (10.71.27)". The word carrying it is nirvṛtaḥ. Note also that the verse names Kṛṣṇa by family relation (mātuleya, cousin) and by friendship (suhṛt-tama, best friend) — never by lordship; that is the sakhya footing.

bhīmaḥ smayan prema-javākulendriyaḥ |
bhīmaḥBhīma is the one doing itभीम ने — यही आलिंगन करनेवाला है
smayansmiling all the while he held him present participle, running alongside the embrace — not a separate actमुसकाता हुआ — यह मुसकान आलिंगन के साथ-साथ चल रही है, अलग कोई काम नहीं
prema-javākulendriyaḥhis senses thrown into confusion by the sheer rush of love prema-java = the speed, the surge, of love; that surge is what makes the indriyas ākula — so the compound gives the cause, not just a descriptionप्रेम का वेग ऐसा उमड़ा कि उससे उसकी इन्द्रियाँ व्याकुल हो उठीं — समास कारण बता रहा है, केवल वर्णन नहीं करता
bhīmaḥ — Bhīma; smayan — smiling; prema-javākulendriyaḥ — his senses in turmoil from the rush of love.
It was Bhīma. He was smiling as he held him. Love came so fast that his senses could not keep their order.
Why cited: cited to show that the contentment is not calm detachment — it comes with a smile and with senses overrun by love.

yamau kirīṭī ca suhṛttamaṁ mudā
yamauthe two twin brothers nominative dual — they join Bhīma as further agents of the embrace in the next lineदोनों जुड़वाँ भाई — ये भी भीम के साथ आगे के आलिंगन के कर्ता बनते हैं
kirīṭīand the one who wears the diademकिरीटी, अर्थात् मुकुटधारी
caand — adding them to Bhīma, so the verb below turns pluralऔर — इन सबको एक साथ जोड़ देता है
suhṛt-tamamthe very dearest friend of all — him they embraced superlative -tama on suhṛt; this is the rasa word — Kṛṣṇa is being met as friend, and as the friend beyond all othersसब मित्रों में परम मित्र को — 'सुहृद्' पर '-तम' लगाकर श्रेष्ठता कही गई; यही इस लहरी का रस-शब्द है, कृष्ण यहाँ मित्र रूप में ही मिल रहे हैं
mudāwith delight, out of sheer gladness instrumental of manner: gladness is what the embrace is made ofहर्ष के साथ — यह आलिंगन बना ही आनन्द से है
yamau kirīṭī ca — the twins and the crown-wearer; mudā — with delight; suhṛt-tamam acyutam — the dearest of all friends, Acyuta; praṛddha-bāṣpaḥ parirebhire — with swelling tears, embraced.
Then the twins, and the one with the diadem. They too came. And what they came to was the dearest friend of all — that is how the verse names him.
Why cited: cited to show the same contentment spreading to the other friends, and to name Kṛṣṇa here by the friendship-word suhṛt-tama.
kirīṭī, "the diadem-wearer", is a standing epithet, and the verse uses it in place of a name. Since the passage itself does not spell out who the twins are, the decode keeps them as "the twins". suhṛt-tama is the load-bearing word for this laharī: not lord, not master — the best of friends.

Why cited: cited as the closing stroke: the bodily sign of the feeling — tears — and Kṛṣṇa taken hold of as Acyuta, the friend who never slips away.
