gauravaṁ'gaurava' [in the compound] means — pratīka; the term Jīva is about to unpack'गौरव' शब्द का अभिप्राय है —

yasyām [prītau] — that affection in which: gauravam — 'gaurava' [means] śrī-kṛṣṇa-rūpa-guru-niṣṭhatvam — holding to Kṛṣṇa as one's guru; gurutvam eva uttaram — that very guru-standing is what 'uttara' names; prauḍhatve paryavasitam — ripened to full prominence — [that affection is gaurava-uttarā].
Jīva unpacks the compound gaurava-uttarā. Gaurava means holding fast to Kṛṣṇa as one's guru — treating him as a weighty superior. And uttara here is that same guru-standing, now ripened to its full prominence. So gaurava-uttarā names the affection in which reverence for Kṛṣṇa as superior has grown into its dominant note.
