raktakas tava padāmbuja-raktaḥ
raktakaḥRaktaka [your servant] nominative subject of all three verbs above; the name puns on rakta, 'dyed red / impassioned'रक्तक (ऊपर के तीनों क्रियाओं का कर्ता); यह नाम 'रक्त' पर श्लेष है — 'रँगा हुआ / अनुरक्त'
tavayourतुम्हारे
padāmbuja-raktaḥcrimsoned at your lotus feet — i.e. dyed through with love for them śleṣa on rakta: both 'reddened' and 'impassioned, attached'चरणकमल में अनुरक्त — 'रक्त' पर श्लेष: 'लाल हुआ' और 'अनुरक्त, आसक्त' दोनों
tava — your; padāmbuja-raktaḥ — reddened / impassioned at [your] lotus feet; raktakaḥ — Raktaka [does all this].
raktakaḥ — रक्तक; tava — तुम्हारे; padāmbuja-raktaḥ — चरणकमल में अनुरक्त
— [this is] Raktaka, dyed crimson with love for your lotus feet.
वह रक्तक तुम्हारे चरणकमलों में अनुरक्त है।
śleṣa: the servant's name Raktaka and the epithet padāmbuja-raktaḥ both turn on rakta — literally 'red, dyed', and by extension 'impassioned, attached'. His very name says he is the one dyed through with love; the whole verse's restlessness is his.
यहाँ श्लेष है: दास का नाम 'रक्तक' और विशेषण 'पदाम्बुज-रक्तः' — दोनों 'रक्त' पर टिके हैं; 'रक्त' का अर्थ शब्दशः 'लाल, रँगा हुआ' और विस्तार से 'अनुरक्त, आसक्त'। उसका नाम ही कहता है कि वह प्रेम में रँगा हुआ है; सारे श्लोक की जो बेचैनी है, वह उसी की है।

Reading from the word 'prekṣya' (on seeing), and taking the characteristic called 'arāgitā' (non-attachment) stated earlier, here one should understand just the opposition that the negative particle carries.
'प्रेक्ष्य' इस पद के अनुसार, पहले दिये गये 'अरागिता' लक्षण में जो नञ् है, उसे विरोध ही समझना चाहिए।
arāgitā ('the state of a-rāga, non-attachment') is the lakṣaṇa given earlier at bha.ra.si. 3.2.117; Jīva cross-refers to it and reads the negative in it as marking active opposition, which s2 then names.
'अरागिता' ('अ-राग की, अनासक्ति की दशा') वह लक्षण है जो पहले भ.र.सिं. ३.२.११७ में दिया गया था; जीव उसी की ओर संकेत करते हैं और उसमें जो नकार है, उसे केवल अभाव नहीं, बल्कि सक्रिय विरोध का सूचक बताते हैं — जिसका नाम आगे स२ में आता है।

rāga-prātikūlyam — contrariness to attachment; iti arthaḥ — is what it means.
rāga-prātikūlyam — राग की प्रतिकूलता; iti arthaḥ — ऐसा अर्थ है
That is, the meaning is: turning against the very things one is attached to. (So the negative in 'arāgitā' is unpacked as 'rāga-prātikūlya', shunning what one loves — which is why Raktaka now averts the feather, the cows, the staff.)
अर्थात् (वह नञ्) राग की प्रतिकूलता को दर्शाता है।
