iti arthaḥthat is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
vimukhaḥ api = nṛtya-vaidaghī-rahitaḥ api; yad = yasmāt; añcitaḥ = citra-gati-caryayā yuktaḥ; tat = tasmāt — because you, unskilled though you are, astonish even the cāraṇas with your wondrous movements, therefore you were taught dancing by the guru of love's drama alone.
Viśvanātha decodes the connectives. 'Averse to the arts' he unpacks as 'having no skill in dance.' He spells out that yad means 'because' and tat means 'therefore.' And he reads the verse's añcitaḥ as yuktaḥ, 'endowed with.' The sense: though you have had no training, your wondrous movements amaze even the cāraṇas — so your teacher can only be the guru of the drama of love.

cāraṇāś ca nartaka-viśeṣāḥ ||
cāraṇāḥ caand the cāraṇasऔर चारण
nartaka-viśeṣāḥare a particular class of dancers viśeṣa — a specific kind; that is, dancers in their own right, not merely resembling dancersएक विशेष प्रकार के नर्तक हैं (स्वयं नर्तक, न कि केवल नर्तकों के सदृश)
cāraṇāḥ ca nartaka-viśeṣāḥ — the cāraṇas are a particular kind of dancer.
Viśvanātha explains cāraṇas differently from Jīva: for him they are simply a particular class of dancers — professional performers in their own right — not merely figures who resemble dancers.
Contrast Jīva (s2), for whom cāraṇas only resemble dancers and are spoken of by non-difference; Viśvanātha makes them literally a type of dancer. The two glosses stand unharmonized.
